It would be fine if nearly every time I went to tan I didn’t have to wait for 10 minutes while someone gets a membership. The people who work there are nice and accommodating, but there really needs to be a way to check people in quickly so they don’t have to wait so long to tan.

Went to this location to tan, person behind counter obviously training a new employee and had the most unfriendly look on her face. I was asked 3 times to scan finger, was asked twice repeat the session I previous ly did. No professionalism whatsoever. No towel on the bed. I told associate about the towel, she said «oh our washing machine is broke, towels are per request». If that’s the case, then why wasn’t there a sign on the counter when you scan in stating such. Every time I go to this location it’s always something with them. But that’s Baytown !!! Clear Lake is where the real service is at!
