I always get my tires here for two reasons: 1. They have the best price on the brands I trust (Michelin and Firestone) and 2. If they don’t, they price match! Also they can get the job done pretty quick esp if you make sure what you want is in stock and make an appointment ahead of time online. The only tricky thing is their roadside hazard coverage. It’s usually automatically included in the price but there’s plenty of loopholes and situations it doesn’t cover so I consider it a money trap. Aside from that you get lifetime balancing and whatever manufacturer warranty and rebate is available. Plus they are a national chain so any problems on road trips or if you move will be no problem at all. Very friendly team and fast service. Best place to get tires in Baytown!

I understand it is the day after Christmas but that does not there is a reason to rude or secondly tell the customers a certain time frame then fail to even meet that time frame. Got here at 1 and as I write this review my parents are still waiting to get their tires rotated (it is now 3:45pm)and the only reason they are still having to wait is because the associate Christian said there are still 4 people with «appointments» ahead of them when we got here they said the longest we’d have to wait is 2 hours max.
I’ve never been to a discount tire and had to wait this long.

I needed to get a new tire for my car (one of the belts broke), when I brought in my old tire they realized they did not have the brand I needed in stock (Falken’s) to match up with my other three so they found a tire that had almost identical tread — Hercules. They were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I mean who want’s to spend a lot of money and a whole afternoon getting a new tire? Noooooot me. =)
