Kroger Food Stores

The young lady in florist was very rude yesterday, spoke to the manager all he said sorry

For years, I’ve been trying to really understand why Kroger is so much more expensive than most other grocers. This one especially doesn’t make sense as I usually go to Kroger for hard to find flavors, ingredients, and varieties of common products. However, this store doesn’t even carry that stuff.
On top of which, the parking sucks! However, this is the only Baytown location that has gas. I never spend enough to earn gas points, but those who do keep the pumps working.

I have been a customer of this Kroger since 2003. As of 2008 after being ravaged by Ike it was completely remodeled for the better. This location is convenient only 3 min away from home. Although it is not a signature Kroger it does have a good selection of everything. My only complaint about this location is things that are advertised are sometimes not carried by this Kroger and the deli does not carry Boar’s Head products. Other than that I really enjoy shopping here. I get sent coupons all the time and definitely rack up those fuel points and being a pharmacy customer helps because every RX p/​u is worth 50 points!

I take back my review. Went again at midnight people in line and some uneducated employee *chaz * could not open the register to ring people out. I watched 5 people walk out without paying for their groceries because he let them go because he got frustrated and could not open the register and the security guard stood and watched.
He said there was no manager on duty and that should be illegal, Krogers open 24 hours and nobody knows what there doing. I waited in line for 20 minutes and finally left how can there be no manager on duty I want my 20 minutes of life back. If you’re Krogers and reading this please message me I would like to discuss this issue with you. I almost called the police on this location due to the theft I witnessed.
Warning do not shop at this Krogers ever
Will be contacting corporate and expressing my concerns tommorow.
