Specifically asked for simply a shellac polish, but the nail tech said the manager told her I wanted a manicure. Lies!!! Manager said«no manicure?», I said«no manicure, just polish»! Paid extra $ 10 for them to slab lotion on my arms… Also, they tried charging me $ 18-$ 20 for shellac polish before but I told them I always get charged $ 15.

Went to this location about a year ago and had a great experience. The last 2 times have been horrible. Bad customer service and horrible work. I went with my mom and sister to get manicures and pedicures. They told us that the basic does not include callous removal so we decided to bump up to the next level. Each mani and pedi would be $ 55. My feet soaked for about 2 min before thy decided to scrub and remove cuticle. Cuticles were basically pulled off because he didn’t take the time to let my feet soak. The scrubbing part was about 2 seconds and he was done. I didn’t get to soak hands in a bowl of water log enough so same problem there. He applied lotion all over and did not remove with alcohol completely because when he applied the nail polish, it was not setting. He sent me to the drying area where I noticed the nail polish was not drying. All nails looked bad and I went to a lady and asked if someone could redo but she rolled eyes and told me to sit back in the drying area. She refused to do all nails so she only did 3. It was obvious she was mad and didn’t want to do the work. She applied 2 – 3 more layers on the other 7 nails and told me to just stay so they can dry. I stayed for a little over 30 min(should only take about 5 min) and they were still wet and polish would not set. I had to leave. As I step outside, I notice all nails were horrible. Polish on every single nail looked so bumpy. Cuticles looked like nothing was done. I will never go there again. The manager or owner was no help. All he did was walk around but even when he saw I wanted someone to help me, he did not bother on asking what was wrong. I had paid and tipped before they applied polish so I guess I didn’t matter anymore. While I was getting my pedi, a walk in sat down for a pedi and the manager told the man who was doing my pedi to hurry up so he could help the new walk in. My pedi and mani was about 30 min long. Worst place ever! I paid close to $ 200 for a shitty job and I regret tipping.

Nice place and equipment. Horrible service. There’s a lady there with a cocked eye that is rude and has no idea how to do or consult nail stuff. Ivan was great. He’s really the savior of the shop. While I was experiencing my terrible service, a woman’s card was overcharged. It’s simply lackluster compared to the service you receive downtown.

Liz & Pauline did a wonderful job. I am a truck driver, I use Unilocal to find good businesses. The reviews sent me here. I had a pedicure and shellac polish and fill in. I’m very picky so I will return when I come through again.

1st time there & I was extremely happy with my choice. Kim was really sweet, listened attentively to what I was attempting to explain & more than delivered on what I wanted. It was quick, but thorough, not over priced & they have a customer loyalty program. I will definitely be going back to see her again.

Went to get a pedicure with my cousin(10). Hardly gave what I asked for. The lady doing my pedicure was inattentive & would carry conversations with everyone around her. When applying lotion she left it all over my leg & then finished. I had to rub the lotion myself. I paid $ 80 for both of us. Not worth my money or time.

Another great experience at M P nails. This time when I walked in the place seemed in disarray but it was only because they were putting out a shipment of colored acrylics. I can’t tell you how many they have available but it was enough to fill up all round their walls. My technician was getting ready to do a refill but then noticed I was eyeing the new acrylics and said I should try it. It was so simple. She just did the usual acrylic overlay, buffed and put on top coat and I was done! No polish so no worrying about it chipping. They didn’t have all their colors out so I selected the first one that caught my eye. But it was a nice change and would love to try other colors.

Went back since my color change pedi lasted more than a week. Gel(shellac) nails came out good. All but one nail lasted the full two weeks. They have a lot of colors. The manicure part, especially the massage, is lacking. The first time, I got suckered by the $ 65 for $ 45 special pedicure. I think it’s always gonna be offered though. It was okay. Much more stuff slathered on… so more massaging. Today I went with the #2 and it was fine. Polish last time lasted about 8 days before a chip… by two weeks, they were a wreck. They tack on $ 1 for that liner that every salon should be using. That’s insulting.

This place is horrible!!! If you want your toes butchered, then this is the place for you. I went there one weekend and the mail tech did a half job and I told the manager, the manager could care less. On top of that, I WAS a regular customer. I’m never going there again… garbage!!!
