This is my go-​to place for Penta water, that is close to me. I must admit that I really don’t shop for vitamins or supplements.
Customer services is usually ok. However, I don’t usually see the same person too many times. Such leads me to believe that turnover is high.
Either way, as long as they have my water, I’ll keep shopping.
