If I could give this place negative stars, I would.
Jaime Gutierrez was completely unprofessional and beyond rude. When I tried to get him to be more communicative with me about what info he needed to process my truck rental reservation, he copped an attitude. Then he got his buddy who was hanging out there to chime in, cussing and calling me a «bitch». When I asked Jaime for his supervisor, he refused. Absolutely unacceptable. Take your money elsewhere.
Update: Turns out, Jaime is the regional manager for that location. Not cool. Again, take your money elsewhere
