Wendy’s

This place has several misses at approx 6 pm on Fri 8÷28÷15. Ordered bottled water, they forgot and I had to remind them. Ordered unsweetened tea, they gave sweet. Ordered ranch dipping sauce, they gave ranch dressing. The fries had an excessive amount of salt. The wait per car was unusually long.
The only thing positive about my visit was burger quality

Going here I almost always get my order wrong. I don’t know if they are understaffed, or they just do not take their time. The drive through wait is moderate. Well, for the times I have been there… and that is at night. Do not know how it is any other time.
I think the staff here really needs to pay more attention. I ordered a burger with no mayo. Got to the window and asked the lady if she had rang it up as that before I paid for my meal. She said «yes, number 4no mayo»! Got my order, got home and what to I have on my sandwich? MAYO! I was so annoyed. I just ask myself how hard is it to get «fast food» right?!
Anyhoo I like Wendy’s, and this is the only one in Baytown so I will most likely be back. I just wish they payed more attention to what they are doing. Hire more people… something!

My son got food poisoning here… twice. I realized it was from their nuggets after he got sick a second time eating them. We obviously avoid this place now!

Pretty typical Wendy’s. Slow moving though with only two tellers when it gets busy.
