Worst wing stop I have ever been too I went to order around 10:30 and she said it would be over a hour before the food was ready I’m pretty sure she just didn’t want us to order I would not recommend this wing stop to anyone they need new management

RUDE and LAZY. Management allows employees to park and block handicap parking«because it’s raining». I’m aware it’s raining, and my boyfriend had to walk across the parking lot on crutches INTHERAIN. Manager makes excuses and allows employee to get defensive to customer when the subject is addressed. Totally uncalled for and unacceptable. Won’t be back to this location.

I’ve tried numerous times to call in an order, no one answers. This last time I let the phone ring approx 5 min no one answers … No managerial or ownership accountability… Also, noticed the dining area beginning to look dirty… Guess it’s pizza tonight!

This location has the worst service ever. I was on hold for 30+ minutes on a Monday afternoon. When I got there, there were only two employees and neither was addressing the long line of customers in the waiting area. I just shook my head and left. There are too many wing places on Garth for the service to be this terrible. Wings are definitely not worth the wait.

The Wingstop on my place was a lot more cheaper than this. And the wings there are a lot more delicious theirs(here). I don’t why is this place so expensive to eat with because honest to God, this is not the right cost of the wings. This is way expensive than you think it is, please don’t be fooled by this Wingstop.

This only gets three stars because of the food. I find that each time we go to a wingstop the staff is clueless on how to run a restaurant. They are not educated about their promos or product. As a franchise owner I would be embarrassed about this. Other than that the wings and fries are always good. And one last thing the prices are a little too high. On Tuesdays there should be no stipulation on a minimum of 10 wings for .60 cent wings and what happened it used to be .50 cents!!!

I LOVE wingstop. You can’t beat an original hot 6piece meal with their DELICIOUS fries that have a somewhat salty sweet seasoning(I always ask for extra seasoning). For a ‘fast food’ place, they take a little longer than most(typically 14 minutes to cook your wings) but the food is fantastic. I would put the wings up there, if not better, than ALL of the local wing places in town. A bit of advice, you can call in your order and eliminate the wait when you get there. The regular fries is a very big portion and I usually can’t finish eating them. Great for large groups and for lunch!

I came here not knowing what to expect. As soon as I walked in I thought, «This place is like a McDonald’s of Wings.» They have wing value meals and so forth. One difference for McD’s though, beer! Which is always a good thing. The environment is all aviation paraphernalia, as are the table. It was dead at 5:00PM though, not sure what that means not being a local. I got a boneless value meal, to much food for me. It was a basket of fries and six wings with a drink for 7 bucks. The wings were a decent size, but the breading was to think and crunchy for my liking. That’s why I gave two stars. I would have given two and a half stars if I could because the environment was pretty cool. But, one goes to museums or parks for obviousness, not a wings place.
