I recently moved to Beachwood and wanted to switch banks to somewhere closer. I was greeted by the most rude unprofessional human being. I can’t begin to go into all the details because frankly I’m wasting enough time by even writing this much. To whom ever the bank manager is (which I hope is not ALICIA) you really should look into the type of people you have working in your bank. I will NOT be putting my money in this bank for this reason. What a wasted of time.
