Easthaven At The Village

PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS!!!
I ignored them and moved in… Not all reviews are by unresponable people. Living in Chicago your are use to apartment/​condo living…, RUN! Go to apartment
Pros:
* Underground garage parking available (extra charge)
* Apartments are nice, good floor plan
* Nice pool and community area with gym
* Property is well-​kept
* Great location and a safe area
Cons:
* NOISE! The apartments is wood frame. You can hear all of your neighbors conversations. Bottom line the walls are paper thin.
*They rent to tenants that are here for treatment at the Clinic. Tenants come from every country, so they’re up ALL night making noise. It’s been 2 months and they have not adjusted to our time.
* Snow removal could improve.
* Some of the tenant are extremely rude, especially if your a woman.
* Walls haven’t been painted in years
* You have to walk your trash to the dumpster
* Appliance should be stainless steel or at least ice maker (Four Season has stainless steel appliances)
* Water bill
For the price Four Season is a better deal and better amenities. Several tenants left and LOVE the Four Season Apts. I hear the apts was built out of concrete, so you don’t hear all of your neighbors business.

I’ve been living at Easthaven at the Vilage in Beachwood Ohio for 6 months.
What is particularly outstanding is how well-​maintained the grounds and apartments are. about 10 buildings, each 3 stories, makeup the Easthaven complex. It is built around a 1.5 mile loop Road (many residents love to walk along the trails and sidewalk, very safe and quiet). There are homes, and a few other apartment complexes along the loop Road, but Easthaven is by far the nicest. There are several large ponds and ducks, geese, etc. visit. The neighborhood is gated entry, and nothing is visible from the street. I didn’t even know the compelx was here before!
There are trees everywhere, and lots of flowers in warm weather. The buildings, grounds, and common facilities are spotless and carefully maintained. I called once for small leak in the toilet, and maintenance was there within 10 minutes, and while they were there also updated the battery in mythemostat and changed the air filter
the leasing office was very thoughtful, and recommended a unit where it was easy to walk my dog.
the Clubhouse contains indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, a gym, meeting and media rooms.
Many units have cathedral ceilings, mine has a real fireplace with gas insert. Very convenient.
Parking is avaiable in secure lots under each unit. Location is fabulous, across the street from Beachwood wall with many restaurants, a grocery store and large gym within 3 blocks. I walk most places. Cleveland is within 20 minutes and the interstate is a block away.
Wish I had known about this place sooner!

I have been living at Easthaven for the past 3 years. I have enjoyed living there. The pool and tennis court are great. I love the workout room and the indoor pool as well. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They are always trying to update the area at the same time they make us feel safe.

I’ve been living at Easthaven for the past 6 months now and my experience has been wonderful so far! The apartments are very well taken care of and the new renovations are really nice. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly. They are also very good about communicating information out about construction going on within Easthaven or The Village in general as well as other important information. I really have enjoyed my time so far at Easthaven and am very happy I chose to live here in the Beachwood area.
