They have a great selection of orthotics-friendly shoes. The store is well organized, and the staff seemed to know their stuff and be eager to help, including ordering shoes not currently in stock. Unfortunately, I was really put off by the salesperson trying to help me. When I explained that I just wanted to check the selection in preparation for my first pair of orthotics, I was asked who my doctor was and with what hospital system they are affiliated. No explanation for this was offered until I asked why this info was needed when I just wanted to get a sense of my options. These questions felt invasive. The salesperson went on to lecture me when I expressed a desire for attractive shoes that would work with my wardrobe, including a joke that they would«wrestle» me into at least one pair of ugly shoes. Finally, I cut the salesperson off and said I felt like I was being lectured and I didn’t need that. I would go back to this store, but if the same salesperson was there, I would turn around and walk right back out. The other salesperson present seemed friendly and pleasant. Maybe I should have asked if they could help me instead.
