The outside of this store leaves something to be desired (that goes for all the stores inside this ugly brown mall area), but the inside is one of the nicer LBs I’ve been to. I came on the last day of the Ohio Tax Holiday this year and was surprised at how well stocked everything still was. I had expected most of what I wanted would have been cleared out by the first two days of tax-​free shopping, and it wasn’t! Then I thought «oh crap does that mean there’s something wrong with this store that no one has come here? What am I missing?» Luckily, that was also not the case.
The two ladies working there both greeted me and were very pleasant. I ended up browsing for much longer than I expected and had collected an impressive arm-​full of things I wanted to try on when I realized that the store was much more full of people than when I had started and both the ladies working there were taking care of the line of people waiting to check out. That meant there was no one to unlock the dressing rooms for me and a few other ladies wanting to try things on. This was slightly annoying because there was a long row of empty dressing rooms and several ladies waiting for the two that had been previously unlocked and were occupied. Eventually a third employee who had just come on to her shift came over and unlocked all the rooms.
Overall, I left about $ 200 lighter and happy.

Great location to go to, because a lot of people don’t know about this one so they usually have more in stock than other locations. Nice size and every time I’ve gone here the service is really good. The sales reps are always willing to help which is a definite plus for me.
