As a Pandora freak, it’s great to have a store not far from my house. There’s always a great selection of charms, and the email service is non-annoying and the deals are good. However there is usually a line when I go to these. The employees somehow always know just where to find stuff. They are always, always friendly and know about the collections and what’s new. They’re good at suggesting stuff, but I’ve never felt like I was getting the hard sell here. If you register, they will keep on file the stuff you’ve bought and when. I like this store.

Well if you want to make your daughters day just say we going to Pandora… I was so confused at first. She kept talking about Pandora being expensive, and I kept saying no its free. Then she said no dad, not the music thing… Who knew? So this is really a quite expensive costume jewelry store for teens and young ladies. A great concept, the place was full. We walked out with a ring, so I was nominated for Dad of the year.

I had a great experience today at Pandora in Beachwood Place. The mall was a zoo and I debated even going. As usual Pandora had a line out the door. They were giving away a free bead for a 100 dollar purchase. I waited 25 min or so. The girl that assisted me was so helpful I ended up purchasing clips and a safety chain, and of course got a gorgeous free bead. On top of that I had an enamel charm(from a previous purchase) that had chipped– I asked if there was anything that they could do, she talked to her manager and they replaced it for free! Totally worth all the wait– great customer service, great brand!
