This is not fine dining. It is a chicken and burger joint that is open late. Food is good and for anyone who doesn’t know, the fried chicken is WAY better than KFC. Plus they use regular old transfat oil in their friers so you wont have those KFC Olean shits. Love the wing dings, shrimp baskets, fried chicken, burgers, hand made milk shakes with real icecream, not«dairy product» like mc donalds. MUSTTRY a sweet potato pie and a beef patty with cheese. Cheap food, fast service.

My go-to is the spicy chicken sandwich, but anything chicken here is great. The munchers and pizza roll are good too. Might feel a little sketchy at night, but that doesn’t stop my skinny, white ass from getting my chicken on, and it shouldn’t stop you either.

I think this place is delicious and I don’t understand the bad reviews. It’s a super affordable take out restaurant and the two guys who work there are extremely nice. My favorite things to order are the pizza rolls, the multiple piece chicken and fries meals and the spicy chicken sandwich. I would come here every night if I could!

If you aim to experience the finest in Beacon’s late night food options, look no further than the corner shop Kennedy Fried Chicken on Main Street. Literally in the heart of Beacon(look on Google maps, it’s right on the C in Beacon, go ahead, I’ll wait), this joint caters to the surprisingly colorful denizens of mid upstate NY; from drunk teens, to potential gangbangers, and off-the-job ladies of the night… Kennedy Fried(no doubt named after our most mass-appealing president, JFK) indiscriminately serves the masses. My two buddies and myself, in an effort to give our other friend a bit of space to suck face with one of the local ladies elsewhere, found ourselves here after a surprisingly tiring night of imbibing. I settled for a two piece and fries, and while it was unfortunate that there were no more thighs in stock(in all fairness, it was 2:00 am), I was very open to sampling some of their healthier fare in the form of white meat chicken breast(still greased up and deep fried mind you). My friends also indulged in the veritable selection of eats… I recall a cheeseburger and Jamaican beef patty being scarfed down by one or the other. At any rate, you can rest assured that all this food reeked havoc on our respective lower intestines(and my duodenum). Considering the circumstances surrounding my experience: late late night/early early morning, starving, a few lotta drinks deep, dirt cheap, and with good company… Imma need to give this joint an against-my-better-judgment score of 5 stars out of 5.

As a chef one of the first things I look for in an establishment is cleanliness. Kennedys goes above and beyond. There is not one speck of dirt visible in the kitchen. As for the food, I spent 11 years living in the south and they BYFAR have the best fried chicken I ever ate. Anyone passing through Beacon and in need of some quality snacks on the cheap should do themselves a favor and stop here. You wont be disappointed.

Some of the worse food I’ve ever had. Wife had the chicken and didn’t like it, an I had the fish and chips. Greasy leather at best. Maybe if I was drunk, really drunk.

Possibly the most frightening establishment I’ve ever been in, with or without bullet-proof glass. Please go to BJ’, s or the Diner, or anywhere else.

To tell you the truth, I have some sort of deranged and unhealthy attraction to this place. There are a lot of things on the menu which is kind of scary, but if you stick with fried chicken its actually not too bad. Throw out the side right away and the little dry buns that come with it… are you kidding me? But for some reason I know I will be back
