Arrow is the service contractor for the RV area for Firefly Music Festival. Really, really awful. They have a monopoly, know it, and will not hesitate to bend you over. I needed a water refill for my RV. My tank is 26 gallons. I was told a refill was $ 40. (!) I asked how much it was for the big rigs who take almost 200 gallons. Same price. I understand the desire to make a profit, but these guys take price gouging to a whole new level.

Arrow Sanitary has supplied portable potties for the Arthritis Walk since I have been involved with the walk. Their staff is very professional, & their equipment is always clean, & free from any foul odor. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Their detail to customer service was always a priority for them. They were very efficient in delivering & making sure the equipment was there & ready for use before the event. And there was never a no problem with returning them when the event was completed.
