The drive thru staff are always rushing and seem extra busy. The customer service is horrible. I can barely understand what they are saying through the speaker.

Worst hospitality. Employees are rude and always messes up my order. They keep talking in regional language even when customers are present. It’s very insulting to the customer. Owner of this chain should be trained as to how to treat customers in hospitality business.

Drive thru is horrible. Speaker is hard to hear and the servers are rude, and barely speak English. Order was cold and wrong. Couldn’t apply coupon to order. Pass by there is another one 3 minutes away!

This is my ABSOLUTELYFAV. DDSPOT!!! The staff is always welcoming & so friendly(even if they never seen u before I’ll feel like u have :)) They have a drive-thru & indoor seating area w/restroom! Coffee is always great & I must always get their sausage, egg&cheese crossiant sand which & my hubby gets Big’N’Toasty n loves the hash browns!!! I send everyone here who looking for coffee &breakfast :)

One of the smaller Dunkin in the area with little in house seating and a small parking lot. There is some«shared» parking with neighbor businesses. This was one of the more crowded of the Dunkin’ shops that I have been at recently and it was by far the fastest. Seemed counter intuitive, but more people and fast speed then the others. The food and donuts were the usual standard production that I expect from a fast food breakfast at Dunkin. But the staff were polite and extremely fast and efficient. I would return here in a heartbeat from all the Dunkins I have been at.
