Officially, zero stars. They told me I’d receive my couch in 6 – 8 weeks and after numerous unanswered/unreturned phone calls the couch was delivered at week twelve. No apology or good explanation for the excessive delay. Each time we called to inquire, the awful sales woman said, «well, I don’t know what you want ME to do about it?»
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for furniture. I will never do business with these people or this company again, and you shouldn’t either!

Not pleased. 6 – 8 weeks turned into 11 weeks for our delivery. They never called to explain or apologize for the delays. And when we called to inquire the sales staff was apathetic… I would not shop there again.
