I had an 11am appt for an oil change and battery replacement. When I dropped it off they said 1.5−2 hours. Came back 2 hours later and they hadn’t even STARTED yet. I guess appointments don’t mean anything. Missed more than 2 hours of work for nothing.

Wow. What an experience. I researched some tires online and booked the appt as well. Got to the location and droped off my pickup. They told me that for my 4pm appt, it’d be ready by 7pm. Received a phone call at 5pm saying that their inventory showed that they had all of the tires but they couldn’t find 2 of them. They tried to offer other tires, but I wanted the tires that I had researched. Opting to wait for the other 2 that they assured would available the next morning, I had to leave my truck overnight. When I called around noon the next day, no one seemed to know what was going on. I got put on hold for a while and then was passed off to another representative. The next person figured out the situation and told me the tires were there and it’d be ready by 2pm. Pulled up to the parking lot and saw that my truck was still sitting there with the old tires on… I was livid. Nothing could be explained to me. No resolution, no compensation. Just incompetence, lack of continuity, and bad management. Needless to say, I took my keys and left.

Not a happy customer in the least. Dropped off the car around 12 noon(about 2 – 3 weeks ago in June 2015) yesterday, they said 50⁄50 shot it’d be done yesterday, if not first thing today… fast forward. it took 3 days for the car to be done! What more is there to say?
