Knowing I needed to pre order a party tray I desperately went in to the store seeking help because I forgot to order. They greeted me with smiles and had sympathy for my problem, told me if I could wait for 20mins they could make me a tray. Hmm 20mins or the wrath of my wife because I forgot to order the tray for our small gathering tonight. I left 20mins later a very happy man with a marriage still in tact! Thank you Philly Pretzel Factory Bear DE!

All I can say is YUM!!! I’m VERY happy every time I go there. At my house the honey mustard is gold.
Every time I go here the pretzels are hot and fresh and I never have to wait (at least not more the a minute or two for the pretzels to finish).

I order a party tray every time there is a «bring your own dish» type of party. My party tray is always emptied out ASAP. Great value.
Pretzels literally are coming out of the oven as you walk by. I can’t walk or drive by without buying a small bag to eat in the car or bring home.
