I brought four phones to this location to have them activated in a family plan. Based on a previous experience trying to gave a single phone activated at Walmart, I was expecting to spend half the day. Much to my surprise the process was painless. This was due to exemplary service provided by Evelyn R. I left impressed enough to write a review, something I rarely do.

I just went to make a payment for my sister in law since we both have accounts here and the girls that work here are absolutely effin miserable. I didn’t have an attitude or nothing !! I came in with a smile n they brought my mood down I’d go outta my way to go to a different T-​Mobile store any day of the week cause I’m sure they deal with a lot of attitude in this area but honey I work at hotel down the street n I deal with the same shit and I’m friendly with everyone!!!
