We received a fruit and nut cake in 1lb tin for Christmas! Changed my WHOLE perception of fruitcake! So moist and fresh, we had to order another just to have! Cant wait to try all the other yummy looking desserts on their site! I would recommend them to anyone! You will love it!!!

Okay, I admit it: I like fruitcake. Maybe that makes me a fruitcake. Anyway, I have tried many different fruitcakes over the years and some have been bone dry, other’s lacking much flavor, and a few have been pleasant. I saw Beatrice Bakery on a food show and it said their cake dispelled the notion of fruitcake as a doorstop or a projectile for post-​season distance competitions. So, for this Christmas I thought I would give them a try. Wow, am I glad I did. I can say without reservation that this was the best fruitcake I ever ate. It was moist, flavorful, packed with fruit and nuts. A fluke? Who knows? What I do know is that I’ll be ordering one again next year. If you like fruitcake, you will love this. If you never tried or have been put off by other fruitcakes in the past, you owe it to yourself to try the fruitcake from Beatrice’s.
