It’s a box store. We love them and we hate them. They have what I need 90% of the time and people can usually point me to the right direction to find something. What more can I say? It’s better than Home Depot, but there’s not a HD nearby, nor is there a small hardware store I have found yet. Without getting into how I feel about that, Lowe’s fills the need.

Worst lowes I’ve ever dealt with. I have ordered 3 big ticket items from them and each time they give me a time of delivery they call on that day and either someone forgot to order or the warehouse doesn’t have it. Ordered a trailer from them and finally after a month(already paid for) no one ordered it asked them if any other store nearby had it, said no. I called savannah store said they had three in stock went back to bft store asked if they could do a transfer they said no so i got a refund and went to sav store and bought the one they had. If you go in and need help with finding something everyone in there looks at you like you’re stupid and says go look over there just to get you away so they don’t have to deal with it. By the way ordered my refrigerator and freezer on feb 13 and still haven’t received it yet. DON’T GOTOTHISLOWESIFYOUWANTTOORDERSOMETHINGUNLESSYOUAREINNOBIGHURRYTOGETIT!!!

All we wanted was help purchasing a shed. We went to the customer service desk to inquire about one and how we would go about purchasing it. We figured since we didn’t know that would be the best place to start. The woman behind the counter looks at the other behind the counter and says«I don’t have to do that here do I? I can get someone else right?» She then makes an announcement on the intercom that we needed help. Ten minutes later we were still standing there, she was sitting in a chair staring at us and the other girl was helping customers. Associates came and went and NOONE knew who could help us, or they just didn’t want to. Someone from outdoors finally came, but to help another customer and completely ignored us so we ended up just leaving. If customers aren’t worth your time you shouldn’t be working in CUSTOMERSERVICE.
