I recently ordered a custom built Marine Corps shadow box for my husband through Precision Medals. I could not be more pleased with the customer service and even more importantly, the shadow box itself. Throughout the process, they kept in contact with me via email, keeping me up to date on the status of the shadow box. They were helpful with suggestions, while still keeping very close to the vision I had in mind. My husband and I were so pleased with the outcome and it was the perfect Christmas gift.
