Touchstone Cleaning

For the most part I was pleased. Until further inspection. I still h a different cobwebs on my ceiling fans, there were still pieces of a dog toy in my room that hadn’t been swept up, my shower still had soap and hardware stains, my kitchen floor was still very dirty, and my bathroom had a stain that I knew was there before from coffee and was still there after he left. Now I wanted a deep clean what I got I guess was a light clean. I called the manager who actually cleaned my house and he argued with me. Saying he cleaned my fans… no I’m still pulling dust off all of them. I know my kitchen floor is hard to clean… it’s slate but he missed my laundry room!!! I should have saved the money and cleaned it myself. I am moving and I wanted to spend the extra time with friends… now I have to stay and extra day to clean so my house is clean for showings. All I wanted was at least half refunded and for them to understand this wasn’t right! Read what they are supposed to do on the website! They didn’t do that here. I have never wrote a review on Unilocal in my life but this was soooo dissapointing! I know my house was messy because of the movers and the dogs but to leave that much shit behind! Then he told me most houses are empty when they clean… I had 6 boxes in my bedroom that’s it the rest of the house was empty!!! Except for the counter tops in the kitchen and master bath which I told him not to bother that I would clean!!! He said well you already got a military discounty and we didn’t charge you for changing your appointment. This was my first time dealing with them and at first they were polite but I am very dissapointed. Don’t use them if you want your house very clean.
