I was not very impressed. We went on a Sunday and it was not busy at all, but we still waited 20 minutes for our food… and the wings weren’t even that great. nothing was stocked (we had to ask for napkins and forks and ketchup). very disappointed.

Called in order and wasn’t cooked correctly, cashier asked to redo and the cook/​manager on duty refused. I asked for a refund and three cashiers couldn’t issue a credit card refund. They called another manager and 12 minutes later he completes it but leaves the extra ranch on the card but kept them.
Non-​communicative, slow and I’ll trained equals bad experience.

Good selection of flavors. However, we were really disappointed. These were the worse wings I have ever had. I wasn’t given my side item. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best wings I have had in Beaufort was at Steamer’s.

Disappointed… I order 20 wings with 3 sauces (lemon pepper, teriyaki, mild) like the menu said … What I get is 18 wings, on 2 sauces (teriyaki, mild)… Not only was that disappointing… 3 wings were mild and 15 teriyaki.

Best place for wings in Beaufort. Anthony V, I can’t believe a word you say I come on the regular at least 2x a week and I only like when the girls work… And news flash dumb a$$ they don’t wear name tags. Staff is great the place is clean overall A+ whoever has something to say probably comes when it is busy and is just impatient or is the dummy who takes forever to order that holds up the line

Girl here is rude. Food is great but staff is really rude. Felt rushed when placing my order. I came here at 9:00 pm. The female at the register was really rude and was checking her phone while waiting for me to place her order. That’s just rude. She didn’t even have a name tag. I’m from california I didn’t come to south carolina wingstop to be treated rude. Never coming here again. The cook was polite tho. Props to him for being able to work with her.

OMG was this place great. Both of the women working were polite, kind and tolerant of our large brood of small boys. The wings were fabulous and cooked to perfection. That Louisiana Rub was amazing. Rarely do we get a meal that everyone is satisfied with, usually at least one of our meals are done wrong. This place was so on point that I was compelled to write this review. Kudos to the wing stop and to the employees we met on a rainy Monday night. We will definitely be back for more.

Great food, poor staff. Ordered two separate orders on the phone and came to the drive through. I clearly explained to the staff that it needs to be put on two separate cards and they came back to the window and the employee said, «Guess what, it’s all on one card.» No apology, no effort to fix the problem, no customer service at all. Asked them to put military discount on the orders over the phone and they claimed it was too late. Won’t be coming back here.

The wings were delicious and the flavorful. However there were a few drawbacks to this place. It took over 40 minutes to get my food and the place wasnt terribly busy. My wife’s chicken tenders looked liked jumbo wings instead of tenders. There were no trash cans or silverware in sight and the only napkins were a roll of brown paper towel. If they could improve the little things it would make the place a better option than BWW. This experience will unfortunately prevent me from providing them any future business.

Excellent wings and fries! Always freshly made, awesome customer service. They also give a military discount. Good family atmosphere with ESPN on the tv. Even clean restrooms! Got it all.

This is a national chain so quality control is usually really stable. This location being no exception. I ordered the 8 piece wing combo with Louisiana Rub and Spicy BBQ flavors. I also got a yeast roll. The time it took was pretty good. I fear it would suffer if they were busy. The flavors were really good. However, the wings were dinky at best. There was hardly any meat on then at all. The owner has told me that this is a problem that the national chain is working on. I hope this it’s true. They have a pretty good beer selection, though I had tea. Overall a pretty good wing joint if only the wings had some meat.
