EXTREMELY rude owner, the gal at the back counter(middle-aged woman) is decent at best. Clearly the owner has severe personal issues — one can just look at her and tell she needs some help from an expert. If you’ve ever seen her in person, you know what I mean… Sadly, I’ve given this place several attempts — more than 10 — to make me want to support them. Each time I go in, I say I’m never coming back. Unfortunately since Staples in Beaumont is now closed, they are about the only show in town for office supplies and/or print and copy services. I really would like to support this local business, but being treated like they’re doing me a favor, or inconveniencing them just doesn’t work, especially when I’m paying triple the price.

Charged me $ 5. 45 for printing 2 black and white copies from my thumb drive. And wanted to charge me an additional $ 5 or more to fax it. I am not making this up. This would have cost me 20 cent to print and an additional $ 2.00 to fax it if I had gone to Staples. Sadly Staples has left the city of Beaumont and as a result these people are taking advantage of their customers. I never(NEVER) write reviews but in this case I feel that I have to. Save your hard earned money and go to the UPS store on Beaumont ave next to Dominos pizza, that way you won’t get ripped off. This place is awful and everytime I come in there the thin woman with the short blonde hair,(who is usually standing at the counter talking on a white cordless phone to the left when you enter the store) has an attitude and will straight ignore you, even if your standing directly in front of her. They watch you like a hawk to make sure you don’t steal their cheap knick knacks. If this woman has to help you, because the older woman(who does the majority of the work) behind the counter is busy, she will have a attitude towards you as if your taking up her precious time. «Hello, If you don’t like working there then quit.» I will never set foot in that store again.

Never again. My first experience was shipping a package. Everything went ok and when I asked about taping my box up was directed to a 5 $ roll of tape. No problem I thought, until I got to the counter and saw on a small sign that they offer to tape your box for $ 1 – 2. I had a pretty small box and thought that could have saved me some money, particularly as the clerk saw the size I was handling. But I stopped in again thinking they could print something off a jump drive for me. She used my jump drive to print 2 pages. 2 pages!!! I took out a dollar from my wallet and she said«43 cents,» but then realized she made a mistake and recalculated and said $ 5.83. My jaw dropped. I asked if that was right for two pages-two pieces of paper, and she said yes anytime they download from a jump it costs that much. Had I been the clerk I would have warned my customer about the price before hand. I should have asked, but I never would have dreamed up paying two gallons of gas for two black and white printed pieces of paper.

I regularly ship documents here and purchase supplies for my office. Jamie can order most things and compete on most things with the big box retailers. I’m thankful to have a locally-owned business like mine to support in our community.

The service in unbelievable… and not in a good way! The prices are extremely high I went on a Saturday, pulled in at 2:55, gathered my items and walked to the door, as soon as I got there, a hand reached across and locked the door! Right in front of me!!! I was FUMING!!! Total lack of care and concern for the customers! Whats funny, is 2 other cars pulled in while I was standing there! They just lost 3 customers!

It takes a lot for me to leave any kind of negative review. In fact, I have to have several negative experiences before I will leave a negative review for any business. Sometimes we have bad days and I take that in consideration. The owner of this place is extremely rude. Her employee is kind and courteous. The owner just sits and watches the long line while the one employee does her best. When you ask the owner if she could open another service window or lend some assistance, expect a smart-ass reply about not being in such a hurry. Save your time and go to the post office. It takes a few minutes longer to go through the post office but at least they are respectful! Kinda sad too because it’s a very well stocked store. It would be an easy 5-star if it weren’t for the attitude.

I have never been so eager to write a review. I hate waiting in the long post office line and i heard this place charges the same prices as USPS instead of charging extra like Postal Annex. I had to drop off a package so I decided to check this place out. It’s a nice looking facility that seems to have a lot of everything. I went to the back to pay for postage and this guy walks up to the counter, I say Hello and all I got was the most awkward smug look from this guy … Thinking to my self WOW what a unprofessional douche.(Also if you plan on using plastic you get charged .50 if your total is under $ 3.00) In the back of my head I’m thinking maybe I should have gotten tracking who knows if this guy will toss it in the trash. I usually do all my postage etc… Online which I think I will continue doing. If I do go back to this place will only be because I don’t want to wait in line. Other then that the customer service is by far the worst. Don’t believe me? check it out for yourself.

I’ve gone into this store probably five times in the past. Each time I have had a rude employee wait on me. A woman who works in the back is especially rude. Once she was rude to me and nice to the next customer, maybe a «regular». Not sure, but it ticked me off. A man waited on me today and he was lacking customer service skills as well. I’d love to support a local business but I don’t think I will anymore when it comes to this place. It seems like it might be geared toward the older folks, with the«no kids under 16 allowed/your child breaks it you buy it» sign in the front window. No matter how long the line is at the post office next time, I will be going there instead of American Office Solutions.
