Always fast, clean, friendly, and tasty. They are well-​staffed, and the way they handle the lunch rush is a thing of logistical beauty. As a parent, I appreciate the efforts they take to keep the play place clean.

This particular location is almost always crowded, but it’s managed very well. I’m thankful for how they treat customers as GUESTS, and how polite all of the staff are to patrons and each other. I’ve been addicted to this chicken, waffle fries, and barbecue sauce since I was a little girl, and I still love it as a thirty something.

Poor service and rush you through drive thru. they want to be so fast and throw your food at you. I went through the drive thru, and spent the next 15 minutes cleaning up the drink the threw at me. It’s like that every time at this place.. Would not recommend and will never see a dime of my money..

Yea, you know, they aren’t open on Sunday. They stop serving breakfast at 10:30 AM on the dot so don’t come in at 10:31 AM and ask for a chicken biscuit. Their CEO is also pretty vocal about being anti-​gay marriage. But they sell such a delicious chicken sandwich. I support their chicken, not their politics.

So since I was visiting Texas I had to stop here to see what the hype was all about. I debated going here since the whole gay thing but gave in because… well I’m a foodie. We went through the drive through and I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. My lady ordered chicken fingers, fries and a drink. It was a little pricey for a fast food joint but her whatever. After going back home I sampled it and want too intrigued. Nothing special to write home about. Basic fast food at best!

For the price you really can’t beat this chicken.
I don’t go there anymore though after the political positions their CEO supported. But I’ll be the first to say, great food and good service.

Always packed at lunch time but really quick service by a really well organized staff. Good fresh chicken and delicious shakes. Best breakfast biscuit around. Chic Fila sauce is the best. Chicken soup is good also.

I give this chick-​fil-​a 5 stars because they really are the best! They are super fast even if you go through the drive thru at lunch time. They have someone standing outside to take your order. They also have a cash register set up outside so you can pay before you even get to the window. They have a very good system set up. All the employees are very nice!

Great Chik location. They are SUPER fast, food is delicious, orders are always correct AND they have lots of coupons. If Chik were open on Sundays, life would be so much better… soooo much better. What I wouldn’t give for a chicken biscuit.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Awesome. I have yet to have anything other than the freshest fruit, salad, or dessert. The spicy chicken club sandwich with pepperjack cheese is simply a marvel. My old stand by is the regular chicken sandwich with a touch of mayo. Always hot and always consistant. The staff is always accommodating, polite and personable. The manager «shorty» is always full of spunk and vigor. Never a dull moment whenever she’s on duty. All and all positive.

Chick-​fil-​a is a necessity in my life. When I need a fast food fix this is the first place I think of. Warm nuggets, waffle fries, and some tasty lemonade always are ready to grease me up on the inside. I often wake up on Sundays cursing the sky because the only thing that will truly help me forget my hangover, is closed. This is the best location in Beaumont, the mall store tastes like they never change their grease. And sometimes, if you ask, these guys will give you free sandwich coupons.
