We drove over 90 minutes to have Cindy Caroll help us on our clothing. She is the best. We of course will be back the store is great and very friendly. Cowboys Harley Davidson made our trip and shopping experience very easy and stress free thank you

The service department was great. I went in on a Saturday evening and was in and out in no time.

Sold a bike with bald tread and bad bearings. I have had my bike maybe 2 months and put a whopping 250 – 300 miles on it and already having to sink $ 600 into repairing things that were messed up when I bought it… management has since made things right by reimbursement of the repairs. This type of customer service is admirable.

Many of the people are nice, but this business model is not to make money from happy customers. IMO. It is to make money and try to keep customers. Parts and accessories are great. Used bikes are tattered and faded outside. My experience in the shop was very bad and expensive. Had to do over my rebuild to a lower level and pay some more to boot. The rings did not seat and they said it was not on them. Then they never replaced valves guides while the heads were of so another $ 1200. The 1yr old stator goes out while it is there. Of course its on me! The shop is full of bikes and techs, that says something. Love the legend, but not the poor reliability or service there.

Bought clothes for Grandson in April and paid to have it delivered. It was never received and told it is my responsibility and not theirs.

Full disclosure — I no longer own a Harley. I remember Cowboy HD from the era in which demand outstripped production and there were two(legal) ways to get a new one — get raked over the coals or get on a list. Cowboy didn’t have a list; just a «pay it or leave it» attitude. I bought several new bikes from other dealers(two at Revon’s in Beaumont and another in Big Spring) during that same time instead. Great dealing with these other shops in those days. I won’t forget or recommend the dealers who had ADM on their bikes. The parts dept. was always the best experience; Gwen behind the parts counter at Revon’s, then Cowboy could always be counted on at that time when I had to have a Genuine part quick tho’.

Great sales people for bikes and merchandise. Parts counter has awesome sales people as well. Steer clear of the service department. Would have given them a better rating if the service department was not so bad.

Cowboy Harley is one of the nicest establishments in town. Although I don’t own a Harley, I have visited this place several times on business and am always impressed by the welcoming staff, comfortable lounge areas, inviting atmosphere and shiny, beautiful bikes. The sights and smells of Cowboy Harley will make anyone clamor for a Harley.

My dad got a Harley, so now weekly stop at Cowboy is inevitable. This is a very nice location, lots of bikes and HD paraphernalia. Cowboy HD is located in a giant building and on weekends the placed gets packed with bikers. If you ride a hog, you won’t be able to ride by without stopping in.

I am a big fan of motorcycles. I had one, but rarely rode it. Ever since I sold it, I have longed for another bike, in particular, a Harley Davidson. While visiting family I had the good fortune of visiting this dealer. Gone are the days of small ratty Harley shops. This building is huge and there were more bikes than I ever imagined. In addition to the bikes, there was clothing for all shapes and sizes. T-shirts, boots, jackets, etc. probably make up a significant portion of the shops revenue considering the amount of people buying while I was there. As for the bikes, every model of Harley, plus some customs were on display. According to employees, I could have driven off with one that day. Unfortunately, I have grown somewhat more responsible and realize that my Harley will, for now, remain a dream.
