Excellent selection, friendly staff and this particular location is home to the greatest wine mind in town: Gerald Patrizi. Gerald has hand-picked a great selection of wines and he is perfect for helping you find the bottle you need. Super-nice dude, too. I use each local liquor store differently — I tend to hit up Miller’s for craft beer(also because it’s right next to my house, and I buy a lot of craft beer) and I head to Debb’s on Phelan when I need wine. I go to Sam’s Package Store on East Lucas when I’m in the market for liquor, particularly Texas craft liquor. Honestly, though, all three are solid and you can feel confident going to Debb’s for craft beer, wine or liquor.

They have a guy, guess he’s a security guard? No uniform but he followed me around and stared at me the whole time to the point of becoming creepy, I asked the cashier what that was about as he didn’t look like a security guard but rather a homeless creepy old guy bagging for liquor. The owner overheard and said«he’s doing what I pay him to, watch over the place!» Rude and indignant, Not even a bad neighborhood, I am a 37 year old married white father, never stolen anything in my life, f#%k this place and these people, horrible Cust service, even worse attitude will never buy anything from them won’t be back.
