Discount Tire Store – Beaumont, TX

Great service. Not treated like women who is clueless. Robert was happy nice and very personable. I felt like I was talking to my brother I will only come back to this store. Robert gets all my tire business from now on .

There’s something fishy going on here about who has appointments and in what order they should be seen. Really, appointments don’t seem to matter. I scheduled an 8:00 appt, was told I was the only one, and still wasn’t seen first.

I came to this store after having a flat the day before in Houston. I drove to the nearest store in Houston where they just put my spare on as they didn’t have my tire in stock. I was told that I could either drive to another Houston store or I could have it changed @ the Beaumont store (i live in Lumberton) where they had my tire in stock. The man @ the Houston store quoted me a discounted price of $ 90 based on the tread left on my tire. The Beaumont store stated that the Houston store didn’t rate my tread appropriately and charged me an additional $ 20 for the same tire. We have always done business with Discount Tire in the past however we will take our future business elsewhere. Although it was only $ 20 I felt as a loyal customer I should not have had to pay that additional amount. So basically they have lost a family of loyal customers over $ 20. Not good business in my opinion.
