Domino’s Pizza

I always order take out from this dominos! They always do a great job! Their delivery person is always polite and seems like he loves his job! They never expect a tip! And they delivery with in a reasonable time! The food is always what I’ve asked for and its always delicious! I ordered a 20ounce drink, and when they delivered it they said they didn’t have any cold ones so they gave me a 2 liter! Amazing

Be careful ordering delivery, im pretty sure the owner of this dominoes is as cheap as it gets, what i think their doing is that they wait until they have a certain amount of pizzas ordered and the. Have the delivery guy leave, instead of just comming and going all the time with whatever is ready to go out like a real pizza place. It took them 1 hour and 37 minutes to deliver us a pizza here in sundance even though we live like 4 minutes drive from the store. And my pizzas were ice cold, it was so late that i just figured id shut up and put them in the oven because theres no way i was getting fresh hot pizza from these people especially since it closed 30 minutes before the driver even showed up. The Poor guy was as nice as could be too and i gave him a nice tip since he was working so late and looked so tired. Its a shame, i bet anything hes probably the only driver they employ… Did i call and complain, no, theres no point, nothing would ever be done about it, this isnt the worst dominoes ever, while they drag their faces on the floor with deliveries, ive gotten plenty of good pizzas before, you just have to walk in the door, order it there, and wait 10 – 15 minutes for them to make it, thats the only way i suggest getting pizza from here. Be warned though, their still quite stupid, they can certainly make mistakes, be smart enough to take a good look at your food before you leave. Dont leave and get mad because you didnt do so and then only find out they messed it up when you got home.

Ordered from Dominos last night. I was satisfied with the food. If you’re in to hot wings then you should order them well done with extra sauce. You will not be dosappointed. They do get busy at times and there can be long holds on the phone but it’s worth the wait to deal with their friendly staff. The manager Dave has helped me previously with an order that had been a little later than initially estimated. He goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The driver danny was also excellent. He was very personable and assured me the wings would be great. I recommend this location to anyone in town.

I have ordered online several times and never had any issues. I guess because my husband was the one picking up. I placed an order on the way home. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady. I told her that I have placed an order online, instead of asking for my name, first thing was «did you pay for it?» I replied no, paid for my order and sat down. According to the order tracker, my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I thought that was convenience to have your name on a monitor and give you an estimated time.
In about 5 minutes it appears my order was ready. I went up to the counter, the same girl asked me «You paid?» I wanted to say Yes! I paid you 5 minutes ago! But I didn’t, i told her my name and she said your order is not ready. Sat down, waited for another 10 minutes, keep in mind now my name has disappeared from the monitor. I asked the same girl, she rolled her eyes and said «I will check again». By now I’m getting irritated. Another girl came up and told me that they just put my pizza in the oven. I asked her what do you mean? Is there a problem with my order? She said oh they forgot to make one of your pizzas.
She then said, the most i can offer you is a free drink. No, I don’t want any drinks, by now I have sitting there for close to ½ hour without anyone telling me that my order was delayed.
Terrible customer services. I guess their business is going so well that they really don’t care about customer satisfaction.

My wife and I use Beaumont Domino’s ervery week or two, and order the Extraveganza pizza and with one exception, they have all been good to excellent. BTW the one that we didn’t care for was credited. Honest business that stands behind their product.

Dominos is way better than it was 10 years ago. It’s a step up from the $ 5 pre ordered you find at other stores. There is now a tracker app to track the process of your pizza. The future is now!

Probably never ordering from here again. Last time I ordered they placed raw green bell peppers on my son’s half of the pizza. After speaking to Dessie, their manager, she said that next time I wanted to order it will be on the computer for me to get two free medium pizzas. I called tonight and guess what? «There’s nothing on the system for you.» Wow. I ordered anyway since my boys wanted pizza.
When we walked in there was a guy at the front and instead of greeting us, he says that he needs help in the front. So a lady comes up to help us and takes our payment and hands us our change. Then she hands us our pizzas and just walked away without thanking us. We are home right now and guess what? The freaking pizza’s are wrong again! I ordered pepperoni with bell peppers and they gave me pineapple with bell peppers. My son is so upset and I don’t want to have to go back to a place where no customer service exists or they try to make up for it and when you call to order it’s «not in the system.» So I am eating the pineapple with bell peppers and ordering one for my son tomorrow at a place that will get it right.

I AM NEVER EATING AT DOMINOS AGAIN! If 0 stars was an option, that is what I would choose.
The food was atrocious. My breadsticks were raw. They didn’t bring my marinara sauce that is plainly written on my receipt. My sandwich had an embarrassing amount of chicken on it slightly drizzled with marinara sauce.
I specifically stated that my wife was sleeping and they needed to call me. After ringing the door bell and waking her up, we found out the food was disgusting.
This being roughly 55 minutes after closing, we decided to call the next day to complain. They told us there was nothing they could do about it. That we should have called after business hours and spoken with someone then. It wasn’t until I demanded to speak to the manager that he gave me the exact same excuse. So I told him that I was never eating there again. After that, he quickly retracted and offered to call the owner and have the transaction reversed.
I am still waiting on the call back to see if anything is actually happening.

RAW dough!!! A whole mouth full! No need to go on about how the customer service is worse than the food! And they refuse to replace the orders that they ruin! Don’t eat here unless you want to get physically sick.

Great service here and always delicious. The only problem is sometimes delivery is slow. I always use the tracker and it says it got delivered but doesn’t arrive until 10 – 15 minutes later.

Good store, fast delivery, good pizza, rarely the order is not as you would want but its good on average, would order again. I usually order online, so I cant review the phone order or the walk in order, but usually staff members are very friendly

I’ve been doing business with this Dominos as well as the one in Banning (owned by the same gentleman). They are both fantastic. I order online the majority of the time, but no matter how the order is place, it’s always hot, right and on time. 10 years of pizza ordering, and that is one incredible track record. Thanks for having such a wonderful business ethic!

Its always Russian Roulette with this place and every time its a miss for me. I live in Cherry Valley maybe 15 — 20 minutes from the store and my pizza has always come cold. My chicken is never sauced. And the sauces i order are never right. If you have a different choice, id suggest taking it. This place isnt your best bet in pizza roulette.

Chain pizza places are totally not my thing but Beaumont has very few options for anything decent, especially pizza. That being said, Domino’s is my go-​to favorite. Nothing fancy but they’ve never messed our order up and we order online 90% of the time. It’s usually hot and ready on time!

I ordered pizza online and somehow they didn’t get my order. I was frustrated since I got an email confirming my order. I went ahead and ordered again and they gave us our wings for free. Very good customer service and the pizza was the usual. No complaints from us

Getting pizza from this Domino’s is like playing Russian roulette you never know if they are going to get your pizza right almost every time I order they get my pizza wrong how hard is it to get a extravaganza pizza with no sausage add bacon

This place does get busy in the evenings — but we did get our order with the standard professionalism you can expect from Dominos

I don’t know why I keep coming here? Maybe in hopes the pizza will be better then last! It was good when they were advertising like a year ago on tv how their pizza sucks and they are changing the quality.
The pizza was over cooked and dry. It was terrible, again!!!
The customer service is good though… Pizza Quality is poop!
