Good casual place to take love ones and have a healthy desert or snack… hang out and be inspired by people going in and out of the gym next door or zumba gym

So I hate doing these types of reviews. To begin, I walked in and the only employee was sitting at a table. This is normally not an issue but coupled with the lack of knowledge regarding the product which the company was selling and I was immediately put off by his response. I asked a few simple questions, one of which was… Do any of your stores carry the nutritional information for your yogurts? I recently visited the Beaumont location and inquired as to what the cheesecake frozen yogurt was flavored with because it was called«no sugar added,» I asked if it was Stevia, aspartame or artificial flavor and the gentleman working kept repeating that he had no idea. Some people are highly sensitive to those substances and can experience mild to extreme negative effects if consumed. Can you please provide additional information as we love your stores and would enjoy continuing to recommend your yogurt to our health conscious community.

I have been coming to this business since they opened. Reading some of the ratings makes me laugh because few of the lower ratings are pathetic. I enjoy their change in flavors. They always take down customer requests and it seems like they do a good job of following up on that. Their lining in toppings seems to have gotten better since when they first opened. They don’t always have fruits in the display case but after talking to an employee, they assured me that they do their best to bring good quality fruits when they are in season(which obviously makes sense). Sad to say that some people can’t keep an eye on their kids and ruin an experience for everyone(Can’t watch your kids? Don’t bring them! Better yet, don’t have them! So annoying when I walk in and parents are too busy picking what they want that they don’t keep an eye on their own kids, and expect the staff to watch their own kids. C’mon!). I enjoy this establishment better than yogurtland and Nubi(yuck!) because it is more homey and less commercialized. Although it isn’t the best froyo chain out there, I’d say that it can compete with some of the bigger chains out there. Keep on keeping on!

This was the worst experience I’ve had ever with frozen yogurt places. First of all, we had to take at least 2 mins to get the employee’s attention to refill the cups. I put a bunch of choc sprinkles and choc chips on my yogurt. I got in the car, took a bite, and heard«Crunch». Most of the sprinkles were hard and disgusting. It ruined my whole yogurt. Also place was pretty gross. Wish I could give it a lower rating. Experience so terrible…

I went on a hot autumn day. When they opened I was the first in. The guy at the register said that he couldn’t take orders because the register was down and he could not get a hold of someone to help him fix it. He then figured out that the credit/debit card machine would work without the register. So he instructed me to go ahead and get my yogurt. I went to pay and the debit machine wouldn’t work… as I had suspected lol. But he let me take the frozen yogurt anyways :) Very nice guy! They have a good variety of flavors I had never saw before. They have a lot of toppings too. The store is well kept and The flavors I chose did not disappoint. Lesson to this story is never to go right when they open. Give them time to work out the kinks and go later in the day.

We went to Frugos at 1620 E. 2nd St. in Beaumont, CA on June 19, 2011, for a family yogurt experience. When we entered the store, the employee who was there did not greet us and immediately went into the back room. We waited several minutes for him to come back out to the front in order to ask questions about how things worked with the self-serve system, given that this was our first time at a Frugos. While we were in the store getting our personalized yogurts, the employee was once again in the back room for several minutes. When he came back out, there was another family as well as ours getting yogurts and toppings. Two other customers went up to the register when the employee came back to the front of the store and accused my two daughters of putting a topping spoon in their mouth. The employee immediately came over to my daughters whom I was standing next to and yelled accusingly, «Did you put a spoon in your mouth?» When I attempted to find out what was happening, the employee would not respond to me or my wife and proceeded to loudly tell the other family that my daughters had put a topping spoon in their mouth. He then proceeded to overtly make a big deal out of throwing the toppings away. My daughters were mortified!!! I understand that he had to throw away the toppings just in case something had actually happened. I do not agree with the way my family was treated at this Frugos. An employee in a store of this type should at all times be in the front of the store when there are customers getting yogurt and toppings so that he can watch what is happening while customers are personalizing their own creations. If he felt that this had occurred, the employee should have quietly removed the suspect toppings and watched the customers closely to make sure that they weren’t actually putting spoons in their mouths. We thought that the yogurt tasted great and had originally planned on coming back frequently. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back. Don’t make the mistake of coming in to this location, as this could easily happen to your children, too.

Frugos never disappoints! This location is always clean, friendly service, wide variety of toppings and flavors! Truth be told, they sometimes have their frozen yogurt a bit liqiuidy and not at the perfect frozen temperature. That being said, they offer amazing flavors, and they rotate 10 per week, from what I remember: They vary between no sugar added, low fat, and fat free, as well as some ACTIVIA boosted flavors –Tart Vanilla, Country Vanilla, White Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Cake Batter, Peanut Butter, Dulce De Leche, Prailine, Strawberry, Chocolate, Raspberry, Blueberry, Mango, Banana, Cherry… and all the topings ever! Including the cold ones of: –Cheesecake bites, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, Cappuccino crumble, cookie dough, pineapple, mandarin, and my fave MOCHI! Also these syrups: –Strawberry, chocolate, marshmallow, honey, condensed milk, raspberry Don’t forget to get a stamp card to earn a free 16oz cup after 10 purchases. I’ve filled up about 4 cards this summer haha! Enjoy!
