My first time at Fuzzy’s was a good experience. The cashier helped me out a lot with the menu items and if they were worth a try or not. I would have gave them 4 stars, but the restaurant had a weird smell. I don’t know if it smells like that on the regular, but it was not great so I took the food togo. The food was great! I had the shrimp tacos. I’ll eventually go back when I get over the smell.

Hahahaha! This place is the WORST! This is NOT Mexican food, and definitely weak on flavor. I’d rather eat Casa Olé’ than this dog food. Heck, I’d rather eat dog food. If you want good tacos, go anywhere but here.

Fun atmosphere. Good happy hour specials. The fish tacos are the best thing on the menu.

My food was delicious. I got the huevos rancheros and I loved it. I wished I had ketchup for my potatoes though. My boyfriend got the crispy tacos which I wasn’t a big fan of how crunchy the shells were but the brisket was so juicy. I wished they had placed the toppings evenly throughout the taco. $ 20 for 2 drinks a taco plate and huevos rancheros seems like a good deal but wish chips and salsa were free.

Me and my fiancé have gone there twice now and lived it. Food is awesome, service is great. This is definitely one of our go to places to eat. We really enjoy the outside seating area, which is where we usually sit. One if my favorite foods is the shredded chicken quesadilla. Honestly, try it. Its good. :)

This place was okay I guess. I’ve had better Tex-Mex elsewhere. The salsa was not very good and it was warm… yuck! The chips had chili powder on them. I know they were probably trying to be creative but warm salsa and chips with chili powder on them was an epic fail! The burrito I had was pretty good but the chips and salsa like that at a Mexican joint kinda ruined the whole experience for us. No one at our table liked them. Probably won’t be back just because of that alone. Its Texas and there are tons of other Tex-Mex places to try. The atmosphere was nice though. The restaurant had a neat look to it inside but the food was a no-go.

I love their nachos with the shredded beef. It is amazing. The cheese saucy is heavenly. Everyone is very nice and it is always easy to find seating. A great place for when you have a craving for some amazing nachos for sure!

My husband and I decide to try Fuzzy’s for the first time for lunch. As you walk in, you order then find a seat and wait for your number to be called. We were greeted by Kevin who was very helpful. He was very friendly and welcoming. We told him it was our first time and he gave us a few recommendations. I decided to order two grilled fish taco plate with a side of Latin fried potato and water. My husband ordered a grilled fish taco, a fried crawfish taco and a beef taco with mix-mex fried rice and Latin fried potato and a Dos XX from the tap. They ran out of the tap and gave him 2 bottles in place of it. Overall, our tacos were yummy and filling. The potato was a bit soggy but everything else was great. One of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. My husband likes the beef taco out of his three. The tacos came out quick. Would definitely come back again. Our total was $ 20 including the beer. At $ 1.99 a taco isn’t bad at all. Good job Fuzzy’s.

Excellent tacos and a fun atmosphere. Also good sized portions. This is a place I can count on for a good quality meal and not spend too much. Highly recommend.

Fuzzy’s is my favorite place for fish tacos whenever we’re visiting or passing through Beaumont, TX. It’s a fast food taco joint that serves street style tacos. As you walk in, you order at the counter then proceed to find a table to wait for your number to be called. My boyfriend and I typically order a few grilled fish taco and a order of cold salsa and chips(make sure you specify cold or hot salsa). The grilled fish is served on corn tortilla with lettuce, tomato, feta, and cilantro. Topping it with the spicy sauce and the salsa, it hits the spot. At $ 1.99/taco, it isn’t too bad. A star deduction is that the tacos are on the smaller side and they skimped out on the fish every once in awhile. Since the place is self serve, it gets pretty dirty and the tables aren’t bussed as much as it should.

Glad we went around the time we did. Around 2 – 3 pm Saturday. It was almost empty. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I split a taco dinner and we got chips and salsa and one drink and it was 11 dollars. 2 tacos, two sides, and the food was very good. Table was clean and TV had some soccer championship on. Wasn’t sure what we were supposed to do with our plates and trays so we ended up putting them up ourselves. There is also a nice outdoors area to sit. Chairs and tables and bar stools and high tables. Fuzzys is located right next to Sertinos café too so if you want coffee or dessert it’s right there. Parking CAN be tight. Be careful backing out of your spot if you park right in front of the building.

Really neat concept. Fair execution. Fast food style tacos place, but sit down restaurant. We enjoyed it, but it wasn’t a huge standout in our mind. Would definitely go again as the food was pretty good for the price.

Have to ask them to go slightly easier on the cilantro. They use a LOT! So if you like cilantro, Fuzzy’s is your place. The salads and tacos are always good, and the queso is good for fast food. But overall the service and food is usually pretty predictable and steady here. Any complaints I have had were small and quickly remedied.

Hubby and I stopped here one morning, never been. We walked in, not only were we greeted with a smile, but the lady behind the counter explained how the ordering was done and then when our food was done instead of calling out our number she brought it to us… also with a huge smile. Didn’t catch her name but she was an awesome employee! Now onto the food… it was so damn good we stopped back by for dinner on our way back through! Hubby had the huevos rancheros… mackin! I had the one that starts with chi… sorry, can’t remember how to spell it but it was worthy! Then for dinner we both had the grilled fish tacos, also delish! We will def be stopping back by on our way through again!

I like Tacos and I like Beer and this place has those things so I like this place. The tacos are served baja style which apparently means lettuc, tomato, feta, cilantro and garlic sauce. I love cilantro and feta so on the tacos with a little less flavored meats this helped. I had the spicey pork(not very spicy), shredded beef(my fave amongst the 3) and shredded chicken(Thankful for the baja toppings on this one… bland). I also had the tortila soup which I ordinarily love but this one not so much. The place itself has a kind of fun vibe. Every table has their«butt burning hot sauce». I’m happy to report that the sauce did not burn my butt going in or coming out. It did have a nice light heat with a garlicy, cayenne flavor. It’s a chain so somethings are good, somethings are blah. You just have to find the good from the bad and enjoy the cheap eats.

Lunch at 1215 hours Me and Spouse. There’s really nothing wrong with this place. Soft tacos of the pork and chicken variety. I added a picture of mine. The pork had been shredded. It was soft, moist with multiple undertones of flavor. Construction was spot-on. Cotija cheese and a yellow variety. Cheddar or Colby. I can’t tell the difference at such small portions. The tortilla was moistened on the base with a bit of Crema. Now, Look at the veggies and the generous sprinkle of cilantro on this over-stuffed edible. Tortillas were of regular size and process/flavor. The initial taste was complex enough to satisfy although it wasn’t a galvanic experience. These are good tacos at a fair price. Oh, A squeeze of lime adds a bright note, pushing all the ingredients front and center. Refries had pleasant moistness. A bit of garlic and onion in the background. Enough fatty substance added to provide a satisfactory mouth feel. They came with a sprinkle of the same white and yellow cheese. When I spooned a bit up my mouth, the yellow cheese was rather stringy. I’d put money on it being a Colby/Longhorn. Cilantro rice was hit and miss. The rice, each grain was plump, moist and essentially, al dente. However, there was no appreciable flavor of cilantro. I saw mixed in a few flecks of green plant material. Good but, mis-named. I like it. 4 stars Later discovered the white cheese is Feta

Ok I love Fuzzy’s however the Beaumont is lacking in food quality. I have visited this location twice and each time the food was cold. I frequent the Nederland location often for lunch and have tried just about everything on the menu and loved it. For instance, the grilled shrimp tacos are my go to when I am unsure of what I want. In Beaumont this had been cold both time and shells are stale or maybe not heated. Either way not good. Each time I have been to this location I have gone with different people and was able to try their food also. Same result COLD. For the most part the Customer service is A-plus but please improve your food quality. I was not there during a peak time so rushing was not needed. I want to rate this place better since I do like your food.

This place reminds me of a cheap copy of Torchy’s Tacos in Austin. For what it is, it isn’t terrible. Food is adequate, service is fairly quick(albeit indifferent) and drinks are pretty weak. For a late night dinner spot in Beaumont, you take what you can get. If they had a bit more creativity with their taco fillings and better service, they could easily earn an extra star or two.
