I bought a house a few years ago with Katie as my agent and she did a great job. I would recommend her to anyone else looking for a realtor.

Very professional and great to work with. Shanna helped us find our first home. She not only made the experience an enjoyable one but was also awesome to work with. Our long list of must haves made for a long search but she was always optimistic and patient with us. Shanna even called, several months later, to remind us of the filings we needed to complete for our exemption status. I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Katie Martin. We began our relationship with Katie in 2011, when we were transferred from Delaware to Orange, Texas. We had less than a week to find the perfect house. I worked with Katie to get together a list of suitable homes, and she had the appointments all perfectly lined up when we got to Texas. We looked at 30+ homes in just a few days! We did end up finding our home, and got our deal negotiated and even our inspection set up before we left. When we were transferred out of Texas in 2015, we listed our home with Katie. She came and gave us a market analysis, with all of the information we needed to list our home for the right price. She even had a professional photographer come to make sure that our house got the most attention possible. She stayed in contact regularly, and updated us with weekly stats.
The one thing that is most important to me when working with a realtor is communication — and Katie is SO incredibly quick to respond, whether by phone, email, or text. You always feel like a priority to Katie; you know that she has your best interests in mind. I only wish that I could have taken her along with me when we moved!
