Done with this place! the bathrooms were dirty with little toilet paper. The house salad was good, but the quality isn’t what it use to be. My steak was horrible! First one I immediately smelt a faul odor, so I order another. I still couldn’t eat the second one because it did not taste right. My server was pretty good for the amount of tables she was tending to. Overall.

It’s an average steakhouse … The reason for my rating of three stars is that I haven’t been back in years … I’ve had good food there and also one or two bad experiences as well … Overall, good … !~

Service was good but food was awful. Steak was ordered rare. It came back well done and was sent back and came back well done a second time. But this time it was not only well done but cold like it was overlooked then sat for at least 10+ minutes to get cold. This was the second try for this Logan’s. The server was awesome and manager was very nice but food needs definite improvement. Will stick with Texas Roadhouse or Saltgrass.

I used to really enjoy this location. However, the last few visits have been really poor. Bad service combined with not great food. This most recent visit: –My salad was doused in dressing. I did not ask for extra. –My steak was undercooked. I notified a server(not my server since she never came back). When the steak came back, it was overcooked. I originally ordered medium. It went from medium rare to well done. Also, The steak was too chewy for a filet. –Our server came by for the drinks and order and that was about it. –The manager who returned my steak was also rude. In the past, I have had really good experiences. But since I have only had bad experiences lately, I won’t be going back.

We’ve been to Logan’s several times and I always get the filet. Today I, as usual, ordered the filet and was served something that was definitely NOT a filet. Our server said they’d be happy to cut another one for me since the cut all of their steaks in house. I agreed thinking surely this steak was a freak thing. But when the new steak came and it looked just like the first one. I don’t know what cut of meat this was but it certainly was no filet. Then the manager came over and said they no longer cut all of steaks in house. She told me this is what they are being sent now to sell as a filet. Very disappointing! The texture was grainy and it was over seasoned. The staff was very nice and understanding but that doesn’t change the fact that this is not a filet.

Visited this restaurant for my wife’s birthday Wednesday. We arrived at about 3:30 and as expected that restaurant was not very busy. We were seated immediately and our server took our drink order promptly. My wife had water and I ordered a seasonal draught beer that was on their special menu. 10 – 15 minutes later she returned without the beer explaining they were«out». I ordered a different beer and that took another 10 minutes to arrive. We ordered the fried pickles and they arrived in a reasonable time. They were cooked well but were a bit too salty. Also I thought it was a bit small of an order for the price. We both ordered steaks and salads. The salads took a bit longer than expected but were very fresh. The steaks were cooked the way we ordered them but they took a while to arrive. The taste was ok but just that. Not the quality we were looking for but not bad. Part of my rib eye was a bit dry and tasteless. All in all it was just an average meal and what I have come to expect from Logan’s. I wanted to give them another chance but they just did not satisfy me again. I will have to think about trying them again but as of now I don’t think so.

Our party of 9 sat in the back of the restaurant(Tables 83 – 85) and were greeted by one really flustered server. I worked at this Logan’s several years ago, and the standard policy was that less experienced servers would have help managing a party this large. I assume he was less experienced not only because of his demeanor, but because he was waiting tables in the back to begin with.(Top servers used to get placed in the front of the restaurant.) My flight of Roadhouse Teas was only $ 7 and was essentially 2 full size teas– so a little bit of a BOGO deal, and they were all super tasty and strong. Either corporate or this location, though, has not managed to figure out how to serve the straws with them. Another member of our party got them with full sized straws, which was comical, but I got them with regular sized straws cut in half, which was rough on my mouth and they were too short, so people also got a laugh out of me fishing for a straw in my drink. My the time our food orders are taken, it is extremely clear we are not going to have time to eat and make it to Dowlen & Phelan by 8, so we request our checks and to go boxes. I was also super shocked to see that throwing peanuts on the ground is no longer the standard. Since I routinely stayed there until 2 am sweeping every last inch of peanut dust off the floor, I felt the bad service was even less excusable. Oh… and the bathrooms… holy cow those were awful. The lock for one of the stall doors(installed in addition to the regular lock which no longer works) did not align with the thing you’re supposed to stick it in on the other part of the door! There were also no paper towels left. Hostesses are supposed to check these every 15 – 30 minutes. I let one know they were out of paper towels but she was not very nice or swift about changing that. Because my drinks and food were top notch, AND I have a special place in my heart for this restaurant, I’m still going with three stars. Service gets ZERO.

With a group for a bachelorette night, we arrived around 6:15 on a Saturday figuring that allotting an hour and half for dinner would be enough to make it to our 8:00 class at Painting with a Twist. We were wrong. 6:00−6:15 — Members of our party of 9 arrive. 6:30 — Drink orders taken. 6:45 — Drinks arrive. Waiter asks if we are ready to order. We are. He says he needs to go «collect himself» and then will return to take our order. What? 7:00 — Orders taken 7:10 — Waiter returns to confirm a few details of certain orders and goes to the computer to enter the order. 7:25 — Food has not arrived. 7:30 — We request our checks prior to our food arriving so that once we eat, we can leave quickly. The waiter did split all the checks correctly, so that was a plus. 7:40 — Food has not arrived. We request to go boxes and plasticware with all the food so we can pack it all to go. 7:45 — Food finally arrives. Some people eat quickly, but most pack everything up so we can head to our painting class. Overall, the waiter was very scattered and the kitchen was slow, and that’s what I’ll most remember from this experience. We also only got refills on rolls once, which given the length of time we were there and the amount of diners at our table, this seems low. But I had 2 of those frozen prickly pear margaritas because they were DELICIOUS and that cotton candy sugar rim is the best idea ever. And throwing peanut shells on the floor is gross, so I’m glad that isn’t done anymore. Speaking of gross, shouldn’t chain restaurants have corporate standards for their bathrooms? I guess not, because this bathroom was NASTY.

Came in on a Saturday at 3. Not very busy but we experienced terrible service. None of the wait staff looked like they wanted to be there. Bartender forgot to make our margarita. Not very attentive waitress and was extremely hard to get a hold of. However the food was good and fairly priced. We got the fried cheese bacon burger, steak salad, and nachos as the appetizer. Even though the food was decent, I won’t be coming back to this Logan’s Roadhouse location.
