Was greeted nicely by the employees but food was disappointing. Just recently moved here from Texas, where I visited Panda Express often. The chow mien was very dry and they barely gave me any orange chicken. For about $ 7 I was expecting at least SOME decency. Won’t again, rather go to a locally owned small restaurant for more«bang for your buck». The restaurant was clean though.

Extremely small portions. I feel so ripped off. Food wasn’t even that good. Homeless guy was hanging around, talking to employees while they were supposed to be waiting on me. I will definitely go somewhere else for Chinese food next time.

Food is fresh, great quality, friendly staff, clean, but they are stingy and skimp on the portions. They act like it’s coming out of their own kitchen… Even with the sauce packets, if I’m paying over $ 8 I expect to get the right amount of portions.

Was so grossed out by this meal. The orange chicken was way under cooked and the beef with broccoli tasted off. And the egg rolls… Were so nasty and greasy. I noticed a lot of rude customers come through here and I feel bad for the employees that has to put up with them. Makes me wonder if they under cook the food on purpose?

Looks like my previous comment was deleted. Small portions both for the money and for a Panda Express, often poorly cooked(over/under/super greasy). Have not been impressed despite several second chances.

Service at this Panda Express is terrible. The first guy dished out the rice and set our plates aside. Even though there were 5 people behind the counter our food sat there getting cold. After 5 minutes of this we walked out and went to Thai Orchid down the street. Much better experience!

Americaized Chinese Food prepared by a Mexican Staff. The food is uninspired. By the time it gets to you, mostly cold. The Counter Personal hate there jobs.

I stop purchasing food from the Panda Express in Beaumont, CA. I am a person of color and I notice the amount of food the servers give me and the amount of food they give a Hispanic or White person. All of the servers are Hispanic maybe that is why I don’t know. My grandson wanted Panda Express tonight so I took him there. The same thing happened. I noticed every one was served more food than him. I video what I saw,.

JEOFF was great! One of the items wasn’t ready to be served and he kindly brought it over to our table. Every time I turned around he was working hard cleaning or serving the patrons. The food was fresh and delicious.

My wife and stepson ate dinner here on Sunday night and the food was all fresh except for the Egg Roll(Crunchy and Dried Up — probably had been laying for a while — It also tasted like the frozen ones I have bought at market and nuked for dinner) My only other complaint is that they skimp on portions that’s why I give them 3 out of 5. Their food is always fresh and delicious but its a small portion for the amount you pay. They have a outdoor patio in the back which is nice and this Panda is very clean!

While my server forgot to give me my second order of wontons, I asked if I could get more mini-cups of the sweet and sour(since I eat it with my chow mien) and instead she gave me a HUGE bowl of it! It was very nice of her. The chow mien doesn’t look as fresh as others, but it tastes just as good. And the wontons are good as usual:) Four stars due to the kindness I always receive in there.

I’ve been to way more PEs then a normal person should, and now I can pretend to be an expert. The food was good, but I missed the friendly greeting asking if I wanted a sample or chopsticks. And, come to think of it, the portions did seem a bit off. I’m a devotee, so I will be back. Maybe I caught them on an off day.

Portions are small. They might as well use teaspoons to serve with. Prices are kinda high even for one combo(about $ 6 for hardly any food). Won’t be returning here.

I came here when they opened, service was good not too shabby. I didn’t come back to this place until 6 months later an then tried again a few times and the last and final time was 2 weeks ago. Garbage… is all I can say, I think they can find even SMALLER containers for your food. When I ordered the 2 combo plate to go I had asked for fried rice and steam rice no noodles. The lady proceeds to give me a small scoop of both types of rice, I didnt comment or say anything the slim lady in front of me had gotten 2x the amount. I asked for mandirin chicken, and she asked if I wanted sauce I said no and then she put such a small amount of chicken I started laughing and asked really thats it? She said yes and then took some off, I shook my head and asked for the same chicken for the second portion. This is the reason I never eat here but I fail to remember that at times and end up with the same result everytime. I will NOT eat here again, you have got to be kidding me, I don’t ask for much but when I can go to Arco and get more food just by buying a double cheeseburger… there IS a problem.

Yum! Who doesn’t like Panda Express?! If you don’t, stop readin’! This Panda is very clean and the employees are super friendly! Generally, I do see that whenever a certain food item is running out, they will immediately ask for more from the cooks.. Their bathrooms have always been clean every time I’ve gone, which is always a plus. Most of the employees are very generous with their portions. However, you will always find that 1 employee that will serve you exactly to the ounce!(beware of the older lady!) They always keep their Orange Chicken fresh!(as far as I can tell because I don’t eat that but I know most people do). Don’t forget to ask for their VIP card which will give you 10% off every purchase! It adds up with all those extra sides you know you order! Will keep coming here whenever I’m in the area!

It’s been like 2 years but i’m already never eating there again, went with a bunch of friends and there was barley anything available and when i got it it sucked, like made me gag! Probably cause it was old, and chinese is definitely one of those foods not good left out too long! American Chinese food sucks!
