This restaurant is exceptionally great! Unlike most Asian food in Beaumont this place is clean, fast, and is a high quality of food. It is not a traditional Buffett but serve by order. Try the Pei Wei spicy, it is my favorite! Also, the crab wontons are delicious. The kid’s meals are cheap and all food comes in huge portions. When ordering don’t get large meals unless you are sharing with someone. I’m a big guy and the small orders leave me stuffed for hours after I leave. The lettuce wraps are very healthy and taste great if you are eating light. I’ve been here many times and have never had a negative experience. You should definitely give it a try as I don’t give 5 stars often.

Not clean at all, empty lid cup holder, empty fork, knife and spoon holder! Food all over the ground and no fortune cookies. Food was hot but that was about the only positive thing to say about this place. They need to get it together!

I hate writing a bad review but honestly I can’t help it this time we just left this restaurant and it was horrible!!! First off the staff was rude and very unfriendly and unwilling to help in deciding what to order. We got the pei wei spicy, seaseme chicken, and sweet and sour chicken all was inedible, even the fried rice was well below average. Honestly we’ve had hole in the wall Asian/Chinese food better than this place. First and LAST time eating here a complete waste of $ 36!

Food was overall good. Very disappointed about the noodles. They tasted like spaghetti noodles and were very bland. Space was a bit small. I felt like there wouldn’t be enough tables for everyone.

Ordered takeout a few times, decent food but nothing spectacular. We really like the lettuce wraps. I’m not a fan of the lo mein; the noodles are a little too soft and gummy for my liking, but this seems to be the same at all locations and is not specific to this one.

Slow, dirty, unsanitary! Just gross in general! It was too bad because my husband and I were in the mood for Chinese!

My wife and I enjoy Pei Wei’s menu and the quality of food. We typically eat either inside or have take out once a week. We have noticed over the past few months that the location on Dowlen road is slipping. The tables are sticky and there is often minimal supplies at the drink counter. Thank goodness the food has not changed.

My husband got the traditional chicken lettuce wrap, I got the Thai. They both tasted like straight salt. The lettuce was poor quality and so full of holes you couldn’t scoop the chicken into it for more than a bite. The teriyaki crunch roll had only a bit of the crunch scooped onto the top of the plate and was gooey. I remembered this Pei Wei being better quality, but it has been about a year since I’ve eaten here. Probably won’t go back for a while.

Been here a few times and really enjoy the food and service! Try the crab wontons as an appetizer or the lettuce wraps! Looks like they now have crunch rolls now too! Kids meals are great! My boys love them! My hubby loves the spicy chicken with fried rice!

I have eaten here quite a bit since it opened and I still like it. It’s not exactly fast food but it is close. They are usually very quick to get your order to your table. The food is not really Asian but it is an «Americanized» version of it. I don’t think they really claim otherwise. Having spent some time in Asia it’s probably a good thing. I like just about everything on the menu but I have to give a nod to the Sweet and Sour Dishes. My wife enjoys the salads here. I also like the wraps here. They are a little different but very good.

Crab Wontons and honey seared are addictive. The lettuce wraps are up there also. Try all 3 if you really hungry.

As a family we love Pei Wei. The spring rolls are worth the trip. The crab wontons are great as well. I was a little disappointed in the Thai Dynamite… not very dynamite. But I prefer spicy. Some chili sauce and a bottle of Tsingtao and it really doesn’t matter. If you’re looking for a step down in price from the mothership – PF Chang’s – then Pei Wei is what you want. In regard to the food I do not put it above Julian’s in Tyler, TX, but the atmosphere is certainly more family friendly.

Pei Wei is great! My favorite item is the Japanese Teriyaki with chicken and fried rice. My only complaint about this location is that sometimes you have to wait a long time for online orders to be fulfilled. It’s especially busy on Friday and Saturday night, so it’s probably best to dine-in during those times.

Being one of the a hand full of vegans in Beaumont, I was really happy to they built a Pei Wei here the many thing that fit my diet, plus excellent tofu. Now the staff is young an can get a bit distracted, but since they only bring the food out and clean off tables this is normally not a problem.

I don’t normally write reviews for food chains, but I am bored after dinner. This Pei Wei, like all the others I have been to in Chicago and Phoenix, is good. The food is prepared well and fresh for being a chain. My one HUGE complaint about dinner tonight was that this restaurant was FREEZING. Like it was uncomfortably cold where you wanted to eat so fast just to leave. The soda dispenser is the neatest thing I have ever seen.

Japanese chili ramen and sesame beef are my two favorites… but you really can’t go wrong with any choice; everything is made fresh when you order it and the restaurant is very clean… a must go-to place update: After going back for seconds, I see they have added a soda machine on steroids! I guess they call it the Coke«Freestyle» machine, it has over 100 combinations… Talk about a drink selection!

There doesn’t seem to be any reason to review a Pei Wei — they’re all the same and they’re all great — but I guess visitors to Beaumont should know that this one is exactly like all the others. A big plus is that Pei Wei is always good for vegetarians, in my view, in a town that doesn’t appear to have too many veg-focused dining options. I ate the Pad Thai with tofu and extra vegetables, and that is not the same as Pad Thai with Tofu and Vegetables; it is $ 1 extra, for a total of $ 8.39. It was perfectly prepared, which is what you want from a chain.
