I went today to the spa and here’s my thoughts. The front end needs a lot of work. There was NOT a lot of communication. I had a appointment at 10 for a Facial, Massage and Foot Detox. They front deck never ask me if a male masseuse would be ok or to tell me the foot detox was out of service. I got taken back to a room and the very NICE girl that did my facial informed me they changed my foot detox service to a service I did not want. Then she also told me my Massage was not until a hour after my Facial and a man would be doing it. I was not informed of that until my facial was almost over. Which really was not her job to tell me that. It was the front desk job to tell me that. When I called to make the appointment I should of been asked those question. Based on the fact that they have both a male and female masseuse. As for my Facial. It was AMAZING. I’d give her a 10*!! She did a awesome job and I’d go back to her any day. She was very calming and my face felt amazing. Thank you and have a great day.

I like this spa a lot. It’s a clean facility. Everyone has been very nice. I usually go here for deep tissue massages. The massages have helped my upper back a lot. I have gotten a glycolic facial peel and am getting the acne facial peel soon. I have not been disappointed by their services. I will continue to go here.

I really needed to get a facial one day so i decided to look online at diffrent spas and the prices. The price for a hour and a half facial was amazing and you could book your appointment online!!! So i did for later on that day and took off a bit early from work. I get there and the woman at the front desk tells me that the online booking doesnt work properly and she did not have an appointment available. I was very disappointed and decided never to go back. I thought it was extreemly rude. She could have called me or something!!!
