Terrible service… especially when the ask to speak to a manager, he doesnt want to talk to you in person. But they still refuse to do any repair work to the truck after a customer spends $ 400.00 on renting said truck. Don’t use this place. Especially when they act like your wasting their time just by simply showing up. They never fixed the problem, just told to go somewhere else.

San Antonio, TX
Latoya Bush saved me from hours of frustration due to an issue with my trailer that I got in San Antonio and was driving to Florida with. Although roadside assistance was fast it would have been several hours before it could be fixed. After seeing me on the phone getting nowhere with Uhaul dispatch she was able to get me a larger trailer so I could get back on the road. With a wife and newborn in the vehicle Mrs Bush really saved our trip. And all of this started 5 minutes before they closed. Thank you so much for staying late to accommodate us!
