This facility is great… everything is quick and they actually listen to their patients. We have been in a few times and they have always been very nice and helpful. They are all about taking care of their patients and 1-on-1 care. They have brought my hubby sprites for nausea, checked him for flu, strep, etc. They treat symptoms and illnesses! Victory makes sure the patient is taken care of before they leave! Facility is clean!

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Beaumont, TX
Went in over the weekend. If a medical center was judged strictly on a «nice employees who do what they are supposed to, plus a little bit more», criteria, this is IT. Really, I had no complaints of any type. Noël, and Tommy, stand out as ER stars. Cat scan seems good quality, new generation, the imaging employee(apologies for not remembering your name, but it was a tough night!), was fabulous and knew her stuff! ER doc knew what he was looking at. The only thing keeping me from leaving a kajillion stars is because you are still limited in what you can treat, mostly just due to your size. If St. E., or Baptist could take their size and physicians and combine it with your *wonderful* employees, cleanliness, and attention to detail, we would have a great facility for this size of population. But we don’t, so we have… St. E and Baptist. Pick your poison. No really. Pick your poison. (And just real quick, I had some great St. E employees too, but the hospital itself, SUCKS! I will leave that review somewhere else though.) Anyway, thanks guys. I get out of the«big» hospital today, but couldn’t wait to thank you for your care. I was so sad I couldn’t stay with you, as opposed to another hospital. Edited, as some time has past and I wanted to make sure I could stand by my review. I do, and more. I seriously can not say enough good things about Victory Medical Center/Beaumont and their stellar employees.(Also, while I was there, we talked«shop» some, since I used to be a medical professional, and the employee morale there is the best I have ever seen! It translates well in their patient care.)
