Worst pharmacy ever!!! I sat in the drive thru for 57 min. while being only the third car back. Slow to no service and constantly saying my rx is ready but when I get there, it isn’t. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

A one star just because I have to give it a rating to write something. This is by far the slowest pharmacy ever. Whatever in the world takes them so long I will never know. It’s crazy it’s so slow.

Walking into a pharmacy I have certain expectations. One is not to smell a strong odor of lingering cigarette smoke as soon as you walk into the store. Being the only customer in the store, I’m assuming the smell was coming from the employees working. I was so distracted and annoyed by the smell that I left without making a purchase. I went the Rite Aide down the street and got what I needed.

Couldn’t find PH paper, so I waited to ask a pharmacist if they carried it. He made a smart ass remark that should go to Home Depot if I wanted pH paper. Obviously he didn’t know much about health and the importance of maintaining the correct pH level in our system. I guess you ask a health question of a drug pusher…

Came across this Walgreens because of bad directions! However, I wasn’t disappointed at the way the store was laid out at all. I say this because in my experience with Walgreens, most of them are messy and unorganized where it becomes a pain to shop. I have slight OCD so I would often feel the desire to organize an entire shelf when I go into Walgreens. However, this was not the case today. Which was a shock. I wasn’t able to find all the items I was searching for but I was able to coupon and find everything else with ease. The staff was very welcoming and had a great attitude throughout the 2 hours I was there, not once did I get a snappy attitude when I had questions or when I purchased my items. The Manager was even helpful enough to ensure that I was getting the best deals I might have missed. He was familiar with couponing so that was very helpful. I will be returning again, even though it isn’t near my home :)

The positives: the items I wanted were in stock and the store wasnt busy. The negatives: Of the eight items I purchased, 6 of them rang up at the wrong price. I didnt realize until I got home. Long story short, what a hassle it was to try and get my $ 20 back. The manager was rude and not the least bit helpful. I prefer the Walgreens on Highland Springs over this one anyday.

After a LONG day at the ER and Urgent care I came here to pick up my prescriptions. It was late at night and no one was by the drop off window. There was a bell and a sign to gently press the bell for service. So, I pressed the Bell and get this reply«oh my god!!! I’ll be right there!!!» He yelled at me. I pressed the bell one time, gently like the sign said too. He must have been overwhelmed with all the people in there at 130 in the morning. I have never been talked to like that. Poor customer service. I ended up saying sorry to him for bothering him apparently. Ridiculous.

store looks well organized, however the guy in the pharmacy, well he seems like hes worked there too long and isnt very happy still being there. btw he processed my med transfers. So I gave him my meds, he told me to come back later… So i returned the following day and was helped by a couple of ladies, who were very nice and attempted to help me… With every tranferred prescription you get a $ 25 gift card(at this point i didnt know i was going to have to earn it). I get my meds which were supposed to be for 90 days, and then had to wait 20 mins to find out there was a problem with my account and they couldnt give me the gift card, they asked me to leave and they would call me later. of course, i never got a call, also i checked my prescription and they only filled both of them for 30 days. So i return the next day! Where yep, they agreed the original unhappy guy just didnt do anything right in this process, I was given the extra two months of pills and charged the diffference… good times. oh and the gift card still took an additional 20 mins to get. all in all, the ladies that work in the pharmacy are awesome for helping, and the guy really if you dont like your job and cant do it right either, move on to somewhere you will be happy.(maybe he was just having a bad day?)

I love this Walgreens. Everyone is polite, friendly, and knows me on a first name basis. Very well organized. Bathrooms are open to the public.
