Jonathan was fantastic. We skyped twice prior to our wedding so he could get to know us better and he always provided us with great ideas and thoughts. He helped us prepare and feel confident going in to our big day. The day of the wedding he made us feel comfortable and guided us through the entire ceremony with ease. We are a little late getting this up as our wedding was back in March but Jonathan was fabulous. While planning a wedding there are so many things to worry about and this was one decision we are so grateful we made. Jonathan had officiated a friends weddings just a few months earlier in the same area we were planning on getting married. It is not the easiest finding someone in the Beaumont area. We reached out and quickly set up a phone conversation. It was very quickly that my husband I knew Jonathan was perfect person to officiate our wedding. Leading up to the big day at Serendipity Garden Weddings Jonathan had everything written up and worked out a ceremony that was perfect for us and our families to participate in. I must say he was wonderful to have at the rehearsal as well because his guidance to our bridal party, families and us, was often clearer than the venue. We would highly recommend Jonathan Derrick Mathe.

Words can’t express how thankful I am for the experience Jonathan gave my husband & I on our wedding day. Jonathan was professional & personable from the start. From the first time we spoke on the phone, he was on top of things & got all the details organized. He promptly returns phone calls/​emails & continually assured me that I would not have to worry about anything, especially come wedding day. Low & behold, wedding day comes & he made everything a breeze –even when I was trying to micromanage lol. He reminded me to BE A BRIDE & be present in my wedding. I really appreciated that. He’s funny, very flexible & VERY affordable. I am so happy my now-​husband & I chose him to conduct our special day.

Jonathan was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better minister for our wedding! He let’s you customize the ceremony the way that you want it. He is very accommodating and truly wants the best for the bride and groom. I’ve been to a lot of weddings as a guest and as a groomsman and Jonathan was the best officiant I have ever seen. Thanks Jonathan for making our day even more special.
