Clean and decent gym with friendly employees so my reasoning for 2.5 stars is this:
I use the arc trainer to warm up before I run and lift weights. The gym has 4 arc trainers and ALL 4 of them were out of order. That just seems ridiculous to me.

It wasn’t a bad place to workout, was in town for the weekend and it cost 12 dollars a day. I wasn’t excited about the price but I did like the facility.

Right now I’m doing a free seven day membership. More than likely I will sign up. The folks that work here are very nice! Also, at $ 19.99 per month, the price is more than fair. I go to the smaller of the two locations. All in all, it is a very nice place.

Great gym! The floor space is nice with pleanty of room for tons of cardio and a TON of weights (both free and machine). The staff was very friendly and the other members are pretty low key. The only things that keep this from a five star is the locker room needing an update, having limited water, and needing to place a stack of workout towels out instead of making people ask.
I actually left my wallet in the locker I was using and it was still there three hours later… cash and all!

There are a few good gyms in Beaumont, Texas. I so happen to be a member of World Gym for 6 ½ years now. They are always renovating different parts of the gym; adding new equipment, new spin rooms, stretching rooms and now a hardcore area for heavy lifters.
The staff here greets you upon entering. They carry a wide variety of drinks ranging from protein shakes to pre/post workout drinks to maximize your workout!
My suggestion is to always bring your own mp3/iPoD player. Depending if you prefer to listen to radio music. But yes, there are other gyms that has opened up and are quite nice, but I’m used to this gym, so I’m not gonna go anywhere
