The merchandise at this store is really top notch and the owner is clearly knowledgeable about yarn. I like the way the store is organized and how bright it is. If you want to find a yarn that is special, check this place out asap. The owner makes an effort to be friendly but there is something about the way she speaks to customers that doesn’t come off very genuine. She has never gotten up from her chair or shown me around the store, which is quite sad..

This is a delightful little fiber shop and is always enjoyable to visit. Alisa is always very welcoming and helpful to me considering that I have a habit of walking in without a clue about what I actually want to make. She helps me pick out patterns and yarns that are appropriate for me and my skill level. This shop is a fabulous gem in our little downtown!

This is a lovely shop, and one of the best LYS’s I’ve been to in Wisconsin(and I’ve visited quite a few in the Madison area!). They stock almost all of the different types of Blue Sky Alpacas yarn(my favorite), and have a great selection of yarns from other manufacturers. Prices seemed reasonable to me, but this could be compared to buying the same yarns in the UK. In addition to a great selection of yarn, there is a great selection of needles from Crystal Palace Yarns and Brittany to name a few. Be mindful that the store is not open Sundays and Mondays, so plan accordingly if you’re making a special trip! Also, if you are not fond of winding your hanks by hand, the staff are happy to wind them for you, free of charge! All in all, I loved the place, and will most certainly stop in the next time I’m visiting home.
