Receptionists are rude. Dr Castillo was not very patient during the exam of my scratched eye. No one seemed to show empathy which was disappointing. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they fit me in the day after I got poked in the eye. Obviously still had to wait in the waiting room for about 30 minutes after my appointment time.
