Med Express Urgent Care

Since our visit to convenient care didn’t work out very well the other week, when I suddenly needed to see a doctor for a small problem I was having this afternoon I decided to try out medexpress instead and I’m very glad that I did.
I was greeted immediately when I walked in and the girl at the front desk quickly got me checked in and got all of my information. I had a seat in the waiting room and was called back to the triage area within 10 minutes. A refreshing change from the 2 hour waiting room nightmare from last week. After she was done with all of her questions she took me back to an exam room and the doctor was in to see me very quickly. He didn’t have the friendliest attitude (in all fairness he was stuck at work on Super Bowl Sunday) but he was still very professional. He quickly figured out what was wrong, wrote my prescriptions, and sent me on my way.
The whole visit took less than an hour, from now on this is the only place that I will go when I can’t make it to my pcp’s office. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was great!

Went in hoping to get a script for antibiotics because i knew i had strep and the dr. Confirmed gave me a script paid $ 25 co-​pay and out the door in 15 min!

It was only about 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the necessary procedure was complete. I could not believe how fast the service was, how friendly and personable the nurses & doctor were.
When I experienced some side effects, they were quick to give me crackers and water. They also took the extra step of putting a cool washcloth on my forehead during and after the procedure. (I had staples put in my knee, and almost fainted.)
They checked on me until I felt better, but were not annoying or pushy at all, just kind and helpful. My co-​pay was only $ 20. I may never go to an emergency room for stitches/​staples again! (Twice I waited 4+ hours from beginning to end in an ER for stitches.)
