I’m updating my review of this place. After my initial review the president reached out to me. We had a friendly conversation over a period of a few days where I really felt that my concerns and experience were heard and addressed.
I also received my products, and absolutely love them. I’ll definitely order again from this website. They have unique products, which are working very well for me.

Customer service was poor. I was ready to give my credit card number to purchase a ceiling light for our bathroom but wanted to swap out the glass globe with a different finish. The item did not come this way from the manufacturer, but instead of working with me to find a solution to the problem, the woman on the phone was curt and rude as if I was being an imposition on her by requesting this.
