I’m from Chicago but was here while out of town and having trouble with my iPhone. AT&T directed me to go to the Apple store for my issue and I was completely dreading it based on experiences at other Apple stores. When I got here, it was very busy in the store and at a prime time on a Saturday. Despite this, I was greeted quickly and connected with a tech specialist, Ross. Ross was personable, informative and just made the process super easy. I was in an out (and with a new phone!) within 20 minutes. Thank you to Ross and the team at this store for making this a painless process during a very stressful weekend.

One of the best customer service experiences I have received! They were very courteous professional and replaced my iPhone screen for free in only 30 minutes!!!

I cracked my iPhone screen after trying to push it back together when it separated a little after being dropped. I bought it in to see if they could replace my screen. They said they could and to come back in an hour to pick it up. When I returned I was told they did not have the parts to fix my phone. Because of the misunderstanding, they gave me a refurbished iPhone at no cost. Granted I did have the older version of the phone, I was still very happy to have it replaced at no cost.
Unfortunately about a year later I dropped my phone again and popped the phone apart again. This time I knew better than trying to push it back together. I took it in and they put it back together with their machine at no cost to me. This store has taken care of me multiple times and I have had nothing but great experiences. I will always return here first and not to my cell phone provider.

I made my reservation with the Genius Bar for a Friday night, not even thinking about how packed the Greene would be, and by extension, the store. Still, they got me in and out very quickly. The staff was friendly and got my phone fixed without any hassle. I’ll definitely be back!

Just went in for an appointment to look at the watch and it was awesome. However this review is about the store so let me get to that. Very friendly staff, and very helpful on picking out the right product for me. Apple as always you have a happy customer.

Only giving this store a 5 star review because the guy who helped me was very professional and knowledgeable, the store is nothing special. I do want to say that my experience with my home store in Chicago has never been great so I was surprised when the young man who helped me got right down to business and solved my problem. He also didn’t try and shove a ton of overpriced Apple products down my throat before I left. Thanks again Clayton, keep up the great work.
