Never ever use this store to send stuff. Unless it’s a diamond ring. They charged me $ 8.95 on a box, $ 22.00 on peanuts and bubble wrap, which my items did not need. Plus another $ 22.00 to send the damn thing! And wasn’t even overnight shipping!!! I can not believe they rip people off like that. The service and people are very nice but trust it’s not worth paying 5 times the cost of the post office.

I contacted the Dayton office and advised that I could not get ino my account because It would not except my security answer, the name of my pet, and the city where I was born. Really. It has not changed. I was not suddenly born in another city. IThey had me call 1−800−275−8777. I did so at !:50 PM today and it is now 2:45Pm and sofar no answere. It is understandable why they are going out of buisness with nonservice like this. It’s time to go FedX or UPS. at least they answer the phone when you call, they want the buisness.

Shop around. This is a local franchise, and remember, the markup may take your breath away.
Very nice people, but the cost will be considerable.
There is another option in town! Shop around and compare.

Ok, I’m not one of those cheery holiday people… those kind of people work here though! They’re so happy to see you and they’re crazy busy! I’m not sure what makes them so cheerful but it was nice and they’re amazingly helpful.
The reason this place is getting 3 stars is because it cost almost $ 200 to send a 1.6 pound package overnight… that…well that’s ridiculous!
