Cookies by Design

I occasionally place orders online for my employer to other business partners and the cookies arrive in the time expected and the recipients LOVE them! My most recent order was needed for a same day delivery, so I called it in. The representative who helped me was thorough and very courteous and ensured that my order was received on time that day and her suggestions were very helpful! The cookies were fresh and made to order!

I have used the Beaverton Cookies by Design store many times over the years and I just love it. I would highly recommend it. They use quality ingredients and the designs actually look like what is displayed on the website. (This was not the case when I accidentally ordered from the main CBD website back in December. I thought I was ordering from the Beaverton store and the cookies were actually being flown in from Texas.) The timeliness of the order being completed was remarkable and the staff have always been friendly.

Cookies are not only beautiful, but also delicious! PLUS, they do such a nice job following up to let you know your order has been delivered — love that!

This review is solely on the service I received as I was not actually able to taste the cookie (but they sure look good)! I ordered a cookie cake for three of my best friends to congratulate them on their college graduation. They live in a very large apartment complex and I was pretty worried that the driver would get lost, leave it at the wrong apartment etc. and what stressed me out even more was that I had to make the order from San Jose so if the driver called lost I would be of no help.
Well, I just got a call from the delivery driver that no one answered the door so he found the main office and was ensured that the front desk would get the cake to the apartment residents. I really appreciated the follow up call and the fact that the driver that was smart enough not to leave a giant cookie cake in front of the door in a college apartment complex! I am sure they will love it. Thank you Cookies by Design!

I needed a gift for my daughters birthday, I called cookies by design there in Beaverton. The woman who answered was very helpful in helping me make a bouquet from what she had so it could get delivered that day. My daughter loved it and posted her picture with the cookies on her Facebook !!

Ordered a cookie to send to an office the next day. Lunchtime delivery, a phone call after the delivery to let me know it got there (which I did not even ask for!) and the recipient said it was very tasty. Can’t beat great service and a solid product!

Great place and fantastic cookies! I was surprised with some decadent chocolate cookies on my birthday and they were some of best I’ve ever had. My coworkers and I even had a last minute craving for chocolate one day and called and she was able to bake some fresh for us within about 30 minutes. Now that’s service!

Wow. I needed to call this location to place a custom order. What’s sad is the lady didn’t even ask which cookies I wanted, she just said she couldn’t do it and said it won’t happen for my wanting the delivery tomorrow. They must just make enough cookies for baskets. It doesn’t take that long for frosting to dry! I just wanted a ladybug cookie added to the basket, that’s all. The ladybug was a heart cookie. Surely, they had a spare one of those. They just lost a loyal customer!

I placed a custom order and not only was it great, they hit it out of the ballpark! They made the family I was sending it to smile on a day when I didn’t think that was even possible! Thanks again for going out of your way to help bring joy to people who needed it!

Yum! These cookies were delicious! For a dozen we spent $ 21.00. Which is a bit more expensive compared to other options. They were larger than normal and delicious though! You only needed half of one and you were sated. It is not something I would do often but definitely one of my new «splurge spots!»

My wife has bought cookies here numerous times. The cookies always taste great and the owner/​operators are very friendly and helpful. Lots of choices for a business gathering, family event or just to get a treat for ones self.

Wonderful experience with this bakery! I needed to send a birthday gift with same day delivery. I ordered in the morning and the cookie bouquet arrived at it’s destination in the early afternoon. The person who delivered it from Cookies By Design actually called me to let me know he had just delivered the cookies and shared with me my sister’s reaction to receiving the gift! I was so happy to know her reaction, how thoughtful it was for the delivery guy to share that with me! Best customer service I’ve ever had with any kind of gift delivery. My sister said the cookies were almost too pretty to eat. She also said they were really yummy cookies. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
